I really do like to watch videos from guys who are genuine USERS of the knives. Guys like me who are reviewers often have a lot of good ideas about knives and can share a bunch of info, BUT, there is nothing like hearing from a guy who is a user first and foremost. I am glad I came across your channel today.
Nice selection on knives. I will bet that it takes longer to decide which knife to carry today than which pair of socks to wear. Thank you for sharing and making us envious, Gabe
Oh, I also love my Rodent 5, it's a 1/4" longer than my Ratmandu, But it has a Lightning Bolt Style of Handle, But it's also very comfortable, I have it in a leather dangler and is one of my Fav. Trios. ,, .
I always have more than 1 knife on me.... even when I'm at work i bring 4 or 5 and i usually spend my lunch break watching youtube while sharpening my blades or making handmade scales for them. i guess i am a knife junkie
Say Heah Gabe, Aloha. I just ordered a new Combo. I teamed up my Fox Parang Bushcraft Jungle Knife with a Cold Steel 3V Master Hunter. a lovely piece of kit, I always wanted the Fox Parang, But I was side tracked and bought the Fox Hitam Golok which I teamed up with a Steel Will Darkangle also made in Italy and in the N690Co. But, Yeah, my Ratmandu is also one of NY Fav's, Infact I have two in the INFI Steel yeah, their kinda rare, a slight error landed me two. Oh, I also have it in the SR101 which is defenetly one of my Fav's, I really like that Busse Technology. A 52100 Ballbearing Steel Deferentially Tempered, Anyhow my Fox Parang Bushcraft Jungle Knife I plan on using as a One Tool Option, with the option of teaming it up with a 3V Madter Hunter a awesome combo. Yeah the boys and I are shoving off mannyanna out east so I'll be taking along some Gurka Titan's and Shaggy's, Plus some Graycliff's and ofcource my new set, But I just might go with my Fox Hitam Golok Molle Attached to my Nexpedition Kodiak Gearsling and the Darkangle, with my Mora 510 the newer thinner version as my neck knife. Even though my Hitam Golok is a sufficient chopper, On my Gearsking on the side I can carry either my G. B . Small Forest Axe or my H. B. Agdor (17") Hatchet. But I'm also thinking of maybe just taking my 2Hawks Double Bit Hatchet, that ine I can carry very easy on person, So I would attach my Hitam Golok to my gearsling and on person carry my Darkangel and the Double Bit Hatchet on my Survival Belt plus my Necessities and a canteen, But my Kodiak also has a pocket for my 38 oz. Stainless Nalgene Bottle , But the Canteen has the S. S. Cup, Rough I'm telling you, discissions, discissions, discissions, Rough, real rough. But right now, I'm pulling on a Sosa cigar and it's really a good smoke, So maybe I go Sosa . ,, .
Oh, I don't usually take Fokders, But when I go with my Bokor Collection 2011 Knife I'll go with my Vintage Myerchin Riggers Pocket Knife in the 440c and a nail nick with the Marling Spike to untangle paracord, or my Cold Steel Black Rhino or my Gerber Gator in the 154 CM, But like you, I like small fix blades. ,, .
JustSimplyBrandon all of them LOL seriously it would be between Jessica X, Grasso Bolo or the swamp rat ratmandu out of the knives shown in the video. Mahalo for stopping by
Check the laws for your state ! Some States a folding knife can be a concealed weapon .Ohio is one of these (live there) .You can carry any size sheath knife here . Be Safe ...
