Hi, I don't think you have an actual offical trtl product. I just bought one and the inside plastic looks nothing like the one you have. It's grey and a completely different shape. Also there is no bright yellow section on the product. Where did you purchase it from? I'd go check the website as unfortunately you are reviewing a rip off, no wonder it doesn't work.

I can't begin to tell you how irresponsible this is. Thankfully your digital footprint is tiny, so the reach that you'll actually achieve is next to minimal. I would strongly suggest you take this down as this is not flattering for you or your channel in any sort of light
I think you bought a knock off trtl pillow. The plastic inside my trtl pillow is different than what you’re showing here. I have the original one and the plastic inside is sturdy.
kept seeing ads for this and the amount of positive feedback seemed really sus. I couldn't think of how this design could work well. thanks for the honest review
The trtl travel plus is what i bought from the trtl site. It's ok . I only used it five times because it's really hard to travel with and no surprise it was lost while i was moving through the Dublin airport. It's a $70 product and i write to the company to tell them that this is a problem, got no response. If i get another one I'll be buying it off temu for 8 bucks

That is fake. I bought a second one from Amazon as I couldn’t find mine. Unfortunately I didn’t open it till months later when I was on a trip and realized right away that it was knock off. Like yours. Sorry.

That's the generic model, not Trtl brand. I had bought the generic one, and checked the plastic inner - it looks the same as what you showed. Indeed the generic version is pretty useless. Check the badge on the wraparound - it probably says 'TRAVEL', not 'TRTL'.
i also can’t make mine work. I sleep in my back coffin style so having to lean to one side with this just doesn’t feel natural. my mother who sleeps in her side liked it though
@@seajayshore I did use it. I like it. What type of pillow you use is very individual specific. For me, I will use this one and one of those big blow up kinds that you put your arms through for a forward leaning position. Between the two, I will have it covered. I do not see the need to get a brand name trtl pillow although it MAY be better. My cheap knock off one was great and plenty good enough for me. The only other thing that I can recommend is some kind of strap to go around the seat to hold your head up as even with the seat back, my head still tended to go forward a little when I was completely relaxed. Not totally necessary as most head rests can be adjusted to kind of wrap around your head a little. That helps. But some kind of retention strap would be nice. I do notice that some neck pillows have this feature.
You're not even putting it on right. The instructions clearly say put it behind your head then wrap it and round and also it does keep your head up but, you loosely placed it as well as putting it wrong way 😂 Put it on correctly and make it tight so it actually holds your head up....
You should really take this video down. As many others have already pointed out, you are misrepresenting the TRLT brand by demonstrating a cheap knock off. Just go onto their website or any TH-cam review so you can see what the actual plastic support "flippers" look like. The TRTL design has additional horizontal support for the face and shoulder which yours is clearly missing. I have both the genuine product and knock off and can tell you categorically that you have yourself a knock off.

You definitely purchased a fake -- the inside plastic support is completely different on a genuine Trtl pillow.
