How do you like this vs the ebony laquer one you have? Im concered about the steel part slipping a lot, so not sure about getting the older all ebony or this one
You should watch my unboxing video of this where I compared it to the ebony lacquer one. The ebony lacquer one is not slippery as this but this isn't as slippery as other metal section pens either. I use this more than the ebony lacquer. If you have sweaty hands I would go with ebony lacquer one
Yes, it writes reverse since it’s a medium and no I still have the pen and enjoy it. The only downside to some is metal section if you have sweaty hands
I don’t have the Guilloche line D but I do have the Vitruvian Man LE Line D fountain pen. I don’t think these two pens are comparable since they differ in size and writing experience
I think that a fountain pen cannot be presented to a person who does not have a handwriting capable of enhancing the work of the pen itself. I don't want to offend anyone, but let's try to understand that this is not possible.
If I am being honest, I believe that a normal handwriting is acceptable for such works of art, so long as the pen is used like a chisel in the hands of a sculptor molding, chiseling and finally polishing a magnificent written work of art. Now that is acceptable.
Thanks for a great video. I have an older Leman - one of the best pens I own. I have the Grand Bleu as a ballpoint
Thank you..want to know how does the Leman compare with ST Dupont Line D please?

I am considering one of these. Does it write reverse and has your overall opinion changed over time?
Kind regards

Have you compared this pen with the ST DUPONT line D Guilloche? Please tell us1

Nice pen but overweight.
Yes, similar to the Namiki Yukari Royale you have to be comfortable with heavier pens
