    I have a very similar shaped larch with a long straight section. This has given me hope that mine will one day make a good bonsai!
    I have had mine over 30 yrs. Today is 21 feb and it seems mild and dry, so hopefully i can get outside today and start work!

    Hi Peterl! Thanks for ett the great vid! In what medium do you grow the Japanese larch? Some say it cannot grow in peat but still cannot have to high ph. I just replanted one in 70% peat and 30% biochar. What is your take on this? Regards Guerilla Gardener

    Great vid and good achievement from Ali there after a short time. Any advice on shari on Larches? I have never seen a good one. They heal so fast you get alot of callousing. And have to keep maintaining them. They never look mature :/

    Looks great! What was the around the split branches under the wire?

    • @slamboy66
      @slamboy66 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe it is a protective mesh sleeve to keep wire from scaring branch.

    I really love your videos! This is my second year as a bonsai enthousiast, and I have a question. I have a fruit tree (prunus) that I wanted to repot this spring, but it's already starting to blossom! Should I repot now or wait? I do not have a greenhouse.
