i would love a video on how to do rom hacks cause ive been trying and i havent found an indepth tutorial i dont know if im just being stupid and its so easy

They're usually pretty simple, just Google "GameBoy Advanced emulator" and the top link should lead to a good one, and search for the ROM you want and download that too. There are some pretty reliable download locations for both. Then sometimes you have to extract the ROM files, but if not it should just give you an executable file that you can run by:
Opening the emulator you downloaded
Going to where it says "file" and scroll down to "open"
And then just browsing for the executable file you downloaded and clicking it
