is it just me or after listening to this album 4 times, its starting to be better then transmissions
I agree. The first time I listened to the whole thing, I felt it was a bit messy but I quickly realized the harmonics in this song is entirely different from Transmissions. The instrumentals are remarkable and involve very intricate and complex sounds. It's not as "rudimentary" as Transmissions, making it the perfect follow-up song to those who are used to the band. You might have to listen to it about three or four times to fall completely in love.

A rarity for me, I almost NEVER embrace a full album.But Starset did it again! Saw them open for Breaking Benjamin 2 years ago in Buffalo and what a show. These guys have a fantastic stage presence, and anybody that has the chance has GOT to see them. Well done STARSET!
I wish that they could come to Western New York again. I love Starset! Hopefully, in the near future, I'll be able to see them live. I've only seen videos of them live, but they look awesome live!

Kirk Curthoys Dude, I was at that show. They had such a killer performance live. I had only heard "My demons" on the radio a couple times by that concert, I was surprised how good they were live.

"Starlight" is the "Telescope" of Vessels. It quickly became my favorite got me feeling more connected to the cosmos!
My grandfather recently passed away and he absolutely loved stargazing. After the excellence of Transmissions, I made a promise to myself that I would buy Starset's next album as soon as I was aware of it, and my dedication was entirely rewarded with Vessels.
Starlight is a great example of my love for Starset. At 'Stardust in you and in me', that love flared up, and with the progression of the lyrics, I just had to sit back and listen, gaping at my stereo, as if unable to believe the beauty of the words. As an artist (as in painting) and person who is just fascinated by outer and near space (among various other sciences), Starset really scratches an itch I had no idea was even there until they satisfied it.
