I think the Uzbek shaybanis were the only dynasty to conquer Persian lands where the Persian-Turkic-Mongol Timurid empire had control of those lands beforehand. But history is amazing like that, we are all more connected across our current national borders than we think.

The market you visited was amazing, 'DEHQON MARKAZIY BOZORI' all words are used in Urdu language here in Pakistan, what I understand is that this 'Bazar' is the 'Central' selling place for the 'Growers who lived in villages'! I am also amazed at the variety of flatbread sold in the Bazar. The explanation by Hamza is great, I like the smiling faces all around!!! Thanx!
I understood more words. We use a lot of them where I live - we use kazan to cook, but also we make alcohol in large kazans, djiger is also very commonly used, especially as a joke ahem... "Stop hugging him so hard, you'll make his djiger come out!" Even though my country is pretty far away, it is surprising how I can find a lot of common words.
This is easily amongst the most adventurous eating and unique foods I have ever seen. Central Asia is such an unknown region to Westerners, I'm really happy this exists!
