Oh God, I watched a video by Danelle Hallan covering this case. Listening about the things her father did and his behaviour, as well as his family's, made my blood boil. This poor, poor baby girl. This is one of the few cases that absolutely haunt me. I really do hope they cover it, they'll do an amazing job, as always. And it's much needed since no one really knows what happened to her. :((((

This case feels extra eerie for me because I was at delicate arch around this time. I went before sunrise to beat the heat in May and on the beginning of my hike I felt really freaking scared. I was alone and a man was trailing behind me and would stop when I stopped. I met a lady that was 73 and we did the hike together, safely. It was really frightening and looking at the time lapse of delicate arch in this video made me feel a pit in my stomach. It’s a gorgeous hike and I would do it again, but the timing and the man made it really eerie.
Oh my god, that is so freaking eerie. When I was about 20-22 I was living in my car and travelling in this area and although I never hiked Moab I hiked Grand Staircase Escalante by myself frequently, but the second I would get those feelings (as someone in a female-assigned body) I would book it back to my car and end my hikes. We need to honor those feeling, no matter what our age, gender, etc.

I'm a single mom of two boys 4 & 7, we're converting our van into a camper VERY slowly. We've taken out all the middle seats & consoles so far. Replaced the radiator so it stays cold it 120 degrees. And got all 4 new tires so far. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love this so much. single mom of a child with extra needs and by next summer I'd love to go full time. we need a bigger rig to go full time with all my sons extras but I love seeing another single mom that wants to do this life even if it's just camping sometimes. ❤

I will say, if you’ve only ever seen a person in a uniform and in a specific place, you would be surprised how easy it is not to recognize them out of uniform and in a different place

I used to work at the cinema and we wore caps and also face masks on shift so when I’d see people out I’d be unused to their hairstyles, personal style or even recognise their face from the eyes down so it would take a minute or so. Esp if it’s people u hardly share shifts with.
At the very least they should know, for certain, if they ever worked a shift together at McDonald's. That should have been an easy answer to find with clock ins & employee numbers. How do they just not know that???
Even if they haven't worked a shift together they could have intersected when one comes one goes, one of them might have come early or stayed late and met that way. I sued to work late shifts at mc Donald's during uni. I didn't know many people who only morning shift but I met some when I arrived and they left met some when they stayed after work hanging out with friends. Idk if American mc Donald's has company events

Was Adam’s car the same type of car that Cindy saw? What about the 24 year old guy that gave the cop bad vibes? Has he been re-looked at?
It's possible that the girls never saw Adam Pinkus though. My son worked night shift at McDonalds for a couple of years and there were a lot of day shift workers that he never met, never knew their faces or even names. We ran into a couple of people who worked there on different shifts, and he had never met them and didn't know they worked there as well. It was one of those situations where they said to each other, "Oh you work at the same place? What shift?" If you don't switch shifts, and a lot of them don't then that's not uncommon.
I worked at a few different McDonald’s in high school and college and if it’s a 24/7 open location then it is VERY possible to not know certain coworkers. The over night crew vs mid shift people may never meet. Since I was in college my schedule would change every semester I would work 7pm to 3am and then next semester work 8am to 1pm. I got to see most people but my coworkers did not necessarily know eachother.
Same thing for me. I’ve been working valet since November while a coworker of mine has been there since October. I didn’t see him until January when our schedules lined up.

Big question needing answered: Dad says she called him on the night they went missing & told him about creepy man camping too close. But then 4 days later, Dad says he just found out from a friend that there had been a creepy man? So which was it? Did his daughter tell him or did he find out 4 days later from a friend?
As I was listening I was thinking possibly the creeper guy wasn’t the one to commit the murders. I wonder if Adam was traveling through and recognized Crystal and maybe started an altercation. Without more information from the police, several theories make sense. What is most compelling to me is that he told someone he killed them after the incident.

I'm thinking it's the guy the veteran police officer pulled over, he said the guy "creeped" him out plus he was known to hit on women and give them roses. Maybe he tried to hit on Kylan at the Moonflower and when he found out she was a lesbian it angered him? Someone did say he had mental issues and was homophobic?

Just a thought the women's pants may have been off because they were in the middle of changing/getting dressed and or being intimate when they were attacked, it would have been an opportunity for the attacker to take advantage of a moment when they were vulnerable or if he was homophobic it could have just made him angry? It's a terrifying thing that there are people so heartless in the world. I hope the friend who found them is doing okay and getting the support she needs I can't imagine how traumatic that would be.

I feel that if Adam was the creeper guy then Crystal would have at least said that there was something familiar about him when they were talking to friends, even if they didn't know for sure who the person was. Also didn't the employee who was interviewed say that Adam was working and complained one time when Crystal went in to make some food for her and Kylen?
But also, later on, the employee said: "She might have not known him if she saw him out..." Interviewer: "So she might have referred to him as the creepy dude?" Employee: "Possibly"

Tiny Living/Van Life/Skooli Life/Stealth Vans, they ALL have TONS of electricity to them. Most of them have solar power (they have it installed) & an extra alternator to help run everything. Lots of those vans have more power then they need. Then most also have anywhere from 20-80 gallon fresh water tanks, even the vans have water for showers and bathrooms. They are crazy cool!
I live in Moab and worked with one of these lovely girls for a short time before these events. This whole thing shook the town, and broke everyone’s heart. It still enrages us all to this day.

I live in Arkansas and the hot springs area can be a really.. rough area in some spots. Both of these women had already had super tragic losses of siblings and important people in their life.. and then this happened. It’s so incredibly sad.

I’ve worked at a hotel for 6 years starting my shifts at 8am and leaving around 5pm. I’ve only seen the one girl who works the 11pm-7am shift twice and have never seen the other guy who does the shift on the weekend. so there’s definitely a possibility!!
They both had cellphones..wish they would’ve taken a pic of the creeper and his camp area next to them and moved there camp immediately when they felt something was off.
My little brother was also shot by his friend when he was 15. He passed may 17th 2009 at the age of 21 from his injuries. Its crazy how my life is so similar to kylen

I'm thinking it's the guy the veteran police officer pulled over, he said the guy "creeped" him out plus he was known to hit on women and give them roses. Maybe he tried to hit on Kylan at the Moonflower and when he found out she was a lesbian it angered him? Someone did say he had mental issues and was homophobic?
Wow I live in hot springs ar and had no idea crystal was from here! That’s sad and shows just how little coverage this case got in my opinion.

Thank you for covering this case it got lost in the petito case and I get that the petito case was “overwhelming” to people but they deserve their justice too! 2 innocent women got brutally murdered and it didn’t get any news!!
Just a thought the women's pants may have been off because they were in the middle of changing/getting dressed and or being intimate when they were attacked, it would have been an opportunity for the attacker to take advantage of a moment when they were vulnerable or if he was homophobic it could have just made him angry? It's a terrifying thing that there are people so heartless in the world. I hope the friend who found them is doing okay and getting the support she needs I can't imagine how traumatic that would be.

Death IS the ultimate price! Why are so many people saying they avoided punishment. It is our own primitive need for voyeurism amplified by social media and a desire for mob vengeance.
They both got the ultimate sentence --the death penalty. Does it really matter that it wasn't state administered?
I feel that if Adam was the creeper guy then Crystal would have at least said that there was something familiar about him when they were talking to friends, even if they didn't know for sure who the person was. Also didn't the employee who was interviewed say that Adam was working and complained one time when Crystal went in to make some food for her and Kylen?

Tiny Living/Van Life/Skooli Life/Stealth Vans, they ALL have TONS of electricity to them. Most of them have solar power (they have it installed) & an extra alternator to help run everything. Lots of those vans have more power then they need. Then most also have anywhere from 20-80 gallon fresh water tanks, even the vans have water for showers and bathrooms. They are crazy cool!
I live in Moab and worked with one of these lovely girls for a short time before these events. This whole thing shook the town, and broke everyone’s heart. It still enrages us all to this day.

Paused video at 1:19 randomly. Can’t help full on crying seeing Gabby’s sad beautiful face before she was killed. I’m still so so angry at her killer and his family, and at how the police officers didn’t remove her from him completely. What a sweet angel ripped from us too soon. Never forgotten.
As someone from Utah, most police departments here are corrupt. They handle most things horribly. Unfortunately. 💔💔 This is such a sad case.

I live in Arkansas and the hot springs area can be a really.. rough area in some spots. Both of these women had already had super tragic losses of siblings and important people in their life.. and then this happened. It’s so incredibly sad.
