This is my best villa in Bali so far that suitable for my family get together becoz I hv 4 kids , 8 siblings , 25 nieces n nephews , 22 grandnieces/nephews . We all could get together in one family room n most beautiful villa I ever seen in your video so far . I love it and I can’t wait to go home to meet my family in East Java n travel to Bali together like last year .
What really amazed me is the entire stone walls going inside out. I love the height and the roughness of it. It looks and feels much better with the traditional Balinese four sided pitched thatch roof to double up the volume. That 12 feet is a shame!! What a waste. Overall still amazing.
@@Balitecture Thanks for your prompt reply, that is serious amount of floor space for a villa. We were regular visitors to Bali prior to Covid-19, still interested in having a villa there. Have just subscribed, cheers.

I think he did a great job already. It just looks so natural n even I can feel the warmth and friendly vibe which is good so the videos doesnt seem so formal and stiff. End of the day what we need just an informative vlog. And he hits that level 🌼

What is the floor area (sqm) for this "villa"? I like the flow of the house not so much the raw concrete, still impressive space.
This villa is 1,690sqm and is built on 3,500sqm of land

Spending 30 days at Villa Mana would be a dream
Americans are trying to make Bali like Hawaii ,where the Natives have lost most of their Land .
Most foreign investors lease land in Bali rather than buy it freehold, which means the land is still owned by locals.
Definitely not my idea of a Balinese villa, way to black and western style... Miss the more traditional style. Great views but no...
