Absolutely no. Pet shoes are only meant for walking purpose that too for small toy breed dogs only if utterly needed and for small walks. If the paw is cut let it be, it will heal. But if a dog runs with let shoes on these roads he is going to fall 💯% bcoz he cannot balance himself..

you must not allow your dog to chase cows in the villages, or on you route. I was travelling with my dog some years back to Goa, & a whole friendly village became very aggressive when my dog played mischief with the locals. That is a caution!
