How Will the Affordable Care Act Affect Your Program?

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) makes significant changes to the nation's health care system, including what services must be covered by health insurance, who is eligible and how it will be paid for. These changes are particularly important to individuals with mental health and or substance abuse problems who often have multiple and complex health needs.
