What a load of cobblers! Those joints may be mechanically ok, but not electrically. The reason it's "The Secret Electricians Don't Tell You" is because no electrician would use such an unsafe method of joining cables.
my friend, the important thing is not that the joint is broken, but how long it can withstand the current passing over it.!
Seriously, ignore all of this. Just use Wago connectors as directed by the manufacter - that's all you need to know.

Wenn euch euer Haus, eure Wohnung, nicht mehr lieb ist, dann greift zu diesen Methoden (Versichern müsst ihr nicht, denn das ist Fahrlässigkeit hoch 27 und jede Versicherung steigt bei so etwas aus)

30 seconds in... I believe that's called a lineman's splice.
Edit/addition: 1 minute in. That's the wrong way to use a Wago. One wire per position, not two. It may not clamp one of the two conductors sufficiently.
It is also called a western union splice, by Western Union Telegraph company 😁🛫

Oh man, wir nutzen normalerweise die Verbindung mit Wagos. Das Besondere an der Klappwago ist das sie auch Litze ohne Aderendhülse klemmen darf. das Loch am Ende der Wago ist zum durchmessen.

Нашёл хитрость. Это в наше время называлось ГОРОДСКАЯ СКРУТКА она использовалась поасеместно где требовлось соединение проводов. Затем стали применяться гилзы и термосварка. Всё новое это забытое старое.
Informational note: not one of these wiring methods is used in or recommended in the USA.
Can confirm for Belgium, WAGO's are fine but not in the way they were used in this vid... the rest is illegal here afaik.
@@gilles5767 Wagos release method is in manual.. there is no screwdriver needed - just rotate Wago on cable and You be able to release it
Same in Poland. In Poland We have Polish norms that not allows You to placed any electrical connection in other places than desaint to it..
@@wolfiqe Correct I just always twist them, but I mostly use the other ones that also fit flexible cables, so with the clams you can just flip up and it's loose, they're great but cost double, so it depends.

Always use a mechanical connector if high voltage or if low voltage 24 /12 volt you can solder the wires and heat shrink..... 👍

Yeap, if you can't pay a buck or few cents in standard joints u really shouldn't be working as a electrician. Cutting corners and creating risks in the future is not a good practice. Sensationalist videos like these are creating problems, just like the viral wood fracking video that got many killed and seriously injured by trying to copy them.

Maybe the main purpose of a cable joint is is not clear, it supposes to travel current. Not to be used as a rope to tie down stuff. If cables are to be connected in a most secure and sturdy way , solder them.

Use a ferrule for mechanical termination.
Then there's joining aluminium to copper conductors. Different compliant practices apply.

soz to let ya know they fucked up on the wago too wagos are only soposed to have 1 conductor in a terminal not 2 due to one of them may become loose as there not designed for 2 because of there spring loading action. I personally think the vid is made up by some school kid but it reflects dangerous actions to the millions of numb nuts around the world who would believe it.

O bom senso e a capacidade em amperes devem ser ( obrigatoriamente ) 20% a menos da carga suportada ( 10 amperes no máximo na soma das vias ) evidente.

In netherlands, no electrician would work like that too. Unless you didnt offer him coffee
In any normal EU country, UK, Australia or USA no electrician would work like that.
In any developed country that has skilled tradesman that take any manner of pride in their work would any of these be used. Except the Wago just not used in the way shown here.

Таким приёмам не следует учить. Такое соединение может быть применено как времянка и домашним " электрикам" .профессионал себе не должен позволять делать. Почему?
Во первых нагрузки выросли неимоверно. Если в 60- 70гг в квартире стояли пробки на 6 А это хватало. Более того я помню в доме была одна лампочка на 60 Ватт и всё, никаких розеток. Электрик ходил и смотрел какая стоит лампочка, если 150 Ватт, соответственно, ты платил больше. В учебниках эти способы скруток были показаны. Проводка была медная, ПРД. - ПРОвод резиновой изоляцией, х/ оплеткой,двойной.
Сейчас эл. Чайник берет 12А.
Как то приятель пригласил меня разобраться с электрикой. Я вначале отказывался. Но потом пришёл. У него был 3 ф ввод изолированными проводами. Коттедж. Эл. Отопление. Говорит: жена заходит в ванную включает свет берется за кран,ее бьёт током.
После исследования я пришёл к выводу, что у него нет " 0".на гребенке, на вводе в месте подключения контакт превратился в белый порошок. Была скрутка и соединение Al & Cu.Попросил у него болт М -8,соединил.
Вот что такое скрутка, а могло убить. Это простая истина.
В каждой стране свои нормативы по соединениям и нужно отталкиваться от этого.
Но ролик тупой в стиле "придумать проблему чтобы героически её решить"

v ktorom storočí žijete tam odkiaľ ste...? wago svorky sa u nás používajú už roky.... zakrúcané spoje používal môj dedo.... a ak už dakto nakrúti video, mal by daný produkt aj poznať a vedieť, že jeden vstup na wago je pre jeden vodič.... horný otvor na svorke je len na účely merania.... a že vraj my sme pozadu.....

Praticamente uo una fonte a 12 volts da cui parte un UNiCO cavo nero, neitro, che deve venire collegato a 6 neutri di 6 dischi fissi del pc in cascata. Non vorrei tagliare il cavo principale, ma solo sperlarlo per collegare a cascata, in 6 ponti diversi, le 6 derivazioni che vanno ai 6 dischi fissi. Ho visto vari video sulle giunture di cavi elettrici, ma non è il mio caso perche tutti prevvedono il taglio del cavo principale, mentre io voglio solo derivarlo. Cime posso fare?

I Also left out the correct way to use wagos please dont jam metal shit into the testing port especially if unsure the conductor is isolated and safe. Ezt inkább kókányolásnak nevezném, mint trükköknek. A kötések egyike sem volt szabványos, illetve ahogy a korábbi hozzászólók is írták, a rugós összekötőket így nem is szabad alkalmazni, ha pedig a nem bontható WAGO-t így kioldjuk, akkor már nem is szabad újra használni! Szóval nagyon jó trükkök ezek, főleg, ha valaki tüzet akar a kötődobozában...

Outside of mindless entertainment... If you are here looking for information on a DIY project please disregard literally everything you just watched and consult a qualified electrician. There is one simple "trick" to connecting wire. It's called a wire nut. They are simple, effective, UL listed, and meet the standards of the National Electrical Code. As an electrician for 20 years I'm here to tell you, we don't tell you about the "tricks" you have viewed in this video because we do not practice them in our profession. We're smarter than that and as a general rule tend to practice methods that don't increase the risk of bodily injury and/or property loss.
and if you are not in the US use a proper connector instead of a wirenut ;)
@@fuzzy1dk if by proper connector you mean a poorly conductive piece of metal inserted into a plastic housing that most people can't get to work because they don't push the wire in all the way for a solid connection... Sure. Oh and they really can't and shouldn't be used on stranded wire, which is by far the most common in anything other than residential wiring.
@@bryangedbaw5816 wago 221 and 222 are wonderful, and able to be used on any combination of solid, stranded and fine stranded 👍 no issues there

And if you look at the specs for wago connectors most if not all of them are designed for use with both solid, stranded, and stranded with ferrules

На данном видео нет ни одного многожильного провода. Только многопроволочный и однопроволочный провод.
Вот как он скручивает провода так и происходят пожары что в квартирах так и в домах. Там нет надёжного соединения при нагрузке будет греется. Так что это видео непонятно для кого.
