- So my last COVID-19 video didn't age too well. When I posted it in mid-February it seemed like containment was possible, and then a month later we found ourselves in the situation we are in now, quarantined and wondering when this will all be over. As one should come to expect by in this day and age, misinformation and conspiracies are rampant regarding the coronavirus, and each one is dumber than the last. Let's go through just a few of them now, and see if we can put a dent in this madness.

There Was a very stupid Dr. Lanka who denied the Existence of any virus and promised everybody who can prove that viruses are for Real i think 100 k €. My wife just gave birth to our son a few weeks ago via c-section, then needed to have her gallbladder removed. I for one am very thankful that the hospitals here in Minnesota are not swarmed with Covid-19 patients and appreciated the lack of frantic energy at the hospital during a very difficult 2 weeks.

In America where we see a higher concentration of covid 19 cases and deaths, I have noted a higher predominance of Churches (of all denominations) It is obvious that the gods are battling it out to get rid of each others religion, by dosing each church in covid 19. It must be noted that is some areas churches flouted rules and worshipers were 'covered in Jesus's blood' This hardened stance took extreme faith, yet are we simply seeing the beginning of the end of religion.

This is such a frustrating topic for me. I've gone over all sides of the arguments trying to find answers and for every point made by one side, there's a counterpoint by the other made that debunks or neutralizes it. There's too many things up in the air and it's challenging to decide who or what to trust. Honestly, I feel like turning off all media and just living life is the best option at this point.

We need to get better at teaching science at school and making sure we in the science community engage with society at large. Doing this will reduce the amount of BS on the internet.

Yes mate, a big problem I see with basically any scientific institution is that there isn't any real direct interaction with It's direct community, no "democratization" (if we can call It that) of this knowledge, take for example the university where I study, It's a federal institution in a relatively important location (by a major avenue that connects
to major cities), but a lot of people from this same city doesn't even know It exists (and It's the most relevant university in the city, federal universities in Brazil are really advanced compared to private universities, they literally make significant advancements on the primary sector, which allowed the be the one of the most advanced on several agricultural commodities) and, even if they know It exists, they probably don't know what the scientists even do there, so some people resorts to some completely nonsensical conspiracy involving major heads of the goverment for """"economical gains""""" (seriously, I could go over the proper economical bit of why "big pharma" would actually want the consumption of say chloroquine rather than develop a new medication, the complete opposite of some major conspiracies related to "big pharma", just say the word and I go over that), what would make fu***** Keynes want to rise from his grave to slap these people in the face (I know I want to).

Would have been interesting to see a debunk of more challenging ideas that are going around, not just complete non-sense conspiracies haha. I guess it's good to get at least these out of the way but there is so much more besides this: including the testing, the way the people get diagnosed with the virus & how true are the overall statistics.
Hi there, here from the future. New conspiracy is that vaccinated individuals spread Covid much more than unvaccinated individuals, or that the vaccine gives you Covid to spread. That should be a good one to cover.
Statistical data is never 100% error-free but is used to extrapolate valid, reliable, and helpful predictions from large populations.

I loved this video outside of 1 critique. You can tell what is happening in a hospital based on an observation limited to 1 room, if in that room the hospital staff does something definitively erroneous or unethical with demonstrable evidence i.e.- abuse or murder.
But are they doing something erroneous or unethical in those hospitals?

The point is he did clarify that it is not specifically unscientific. He simply mentioned that there is no logic behind it, ratner he should have said there is no significant evidence behind it, because bio weapons can be manufactured and leaked (not released in an attack) even without much "logic". If there are attempts to create bio weapons and this is an imperfect leak, those absolutely should be taken seriously, especially seeing the effect of this one virus.

Have you ever considered doing a debunk-style video on Dr. John Campbell? He's a first class twat in the UK who basically went off the deep end when it comes to COVID. From basic research on the guy he seems to do much the same thing as Ben Davidson. Just flashes papers claiming something when in reality the paper doesn't say that. He's also not a doctor, well at least not the medical kind but everyone seems to think he is. I would exercise caution though because he's been known to file fraudulent copyright claims against any video that criticises him. So maybe it's not a good idea

As someone that works in the telecom industry, especially in construction, I can't tell you how many times I've had someone randomly come up to me near a job site and ask about 5G. Even people who work in tandem with us ask about it, and it makes me want to facepalm every time. I've even had one person threaten me and my crew. In North Carolina a crew was actually shot at.
Side note, radio frequency waves can actually be harmful if you're exposed for a certain amount of time and you are very close to the source. For most antennas (the coffin looking ones), you basically have to bear hug them for an hour or two to start feeling the effects. For the round microwave dishes (my specialty), the actual beam that gets shot out is very narrow, usually less than a foot in diameter, and you would have to be in said beam to get dosed. Said beam is highly focused, so you would feel the effects much faster. The tech that can really dose you with RF are AM and FM transmitters. FM transmitters look more like tall, thin antennas or several almost pretzel-like shapes. Those can hit you hard, but they are pretty short-ranged, so a lay-person would almost never get within said range.
TL;DR 5G isn't any more dangerous than 4G/3G/etc. It's all the same tech.

With the digestion question, I personally notice when having small things like the general flu that when I have a goner and honey tea it does help speed up the healing process and also negates the throat pains. Does the tea help or not?

Treatment of symptoms is not the same as treatment of causes. Alleviating symptoms can make it seem like we're "getting well" faster. Healing can probably be accelerated if we spend less energy fighting symptoms.

He moved to give a missing evolutionary phase on the development as evidece. I personally lack inowledge about the subject so would be interested to hear other toughts
Genetic data would not be a factor. It is possible that it was of natural origin, being studied, and accidentally leaked, yes. I don't believe this, but it is impossible to ignore the possibility.

I do honestly believe point 4 has some merit watching now two years later. It doesn't even need to be manufactured, it could be an accident as a result of a lapse in the risky virology lab procedures present there. According to our PRESENT knowledge, the number of antibodies decreases very quickly. Some patients showed an almost nonexistent immune response to covid, after around 3 to 4 months. For example my parents.... Some second infections even showed worse conditions than the first. But it depends on the person.
The short answer is we don't know yet. But right now the immunity seems to be very short termed.
your immune system will reconize it if you are alive after u get infected, and will do a better job at doing the right stuff
