Absolutely beautiful! I am going to shop for yarn today and hopefully start this one today! Thank you for sharing this pattern...new subscriber and anxious to watch more of your videos! ❤
From one "Debbie" to another Debbie, I just found you today! And, yes, I certainly subscribed! Your designs are beautiful. This Morgan Granny Blanket is going into my "very large" to-do list! Thank you so much!!!
Your ideas are lovely. Having more images of the fully done project would be great to see if an investment in your project would be great. I am a visual learner.
@@madamestitchcrochet I purchased your pattern and ordered my yarn, I'm so excited to make this afghan. I'm using Lion Brand Heartland as recommended. I'm using Petrified Forest for the solid sections and White Sands for the Grannie Stitch sections. Thank you again for this wonderful tutorial. It's been a long time since I've felt motivated to start a large project. I'm really looking forward to it 😊
Size 6mm if you are using the recommended yarns. They are a worsted weight 4, but they are a little thicker than an average weight 4, to me. Sort of a 4 1/2. 😊
I used a 6mm hook with a very light 4 weight, closer to a DK. It is very soft and flowy. Beautiful pattern. Very easy to remember. It works up very fast.
I’m really having trouble with row 10 half way across it’s just not matching up and I’ve counted and counted im really confused to where I could be going wrong
The 134 includes the 1 + 1. So you will add multiples of 22 for the width. The length is determined by how many repeats of the solid and granny sections you do.

What size crochet hook please 🙏

Row 10 (and the 1st row of each solid section) is worked exactly like Row 2.
What is the stich count?
For the full blanket, Multiples of 22 + 1 + 1 for the skipped ch. Ch 134 to begin.
So in crochet cryptic talk. It's 134 then add 24 stitches for as long as you want the blanket to be?
The 134 includes the 1 + 1. So you will add multiples of 22 for the width. The length is determined by how many repeats of the solid and granny sections you do.

134 the pattern is on pinterest
Wording is so important. In row two, at the end you said “in every other row” you work 2 dc. So it’s in every row, not every other row??!
Yes, 2 dc are worked at the beginning and end of EVERY row of the blanket.
@ thank you. I appreciate the clarification on that. :)
