Awesome game and explanations! Question, why pick heal spell? Since Sona has so much heal and also exhaust with green passive, I like to go ignite since I rarely (never) build green book. Anyway, nice comeback!

I prefer the heal because it makes you safer in the early phase, but ignite is also very good!

When I play Sona I always go for Aery. It's just the best for giving shield to your carry for like every 5 sec. And in the late game you don't really aa since Sona is always targeted. The pnly time she aa is when her passive is up. But besides that you don't really need to aa cause its better to just buff your teammates.
After you get lvl13 that's when Sona shines that's why I'm always annoyed the teammates always wanna surrender so early cause it's easy to have a comeback with Sona..
For runes I personally uses the blue ones. Since for me it works better than the Green runes.
