I really like that her 1st skill can pass through the minions now, and her 3rd skill dealt full damage instantly,
but yeah, they're sacrificing lots of utility her 3rd skill has, i've mentioned all the things that i didn't like from the rework on the shorts in the video 🥲

As a lux main, im ashamed to call myself a lux main after watching this. you played so well even when her rework was just recent. i havent adjusted yet and im gonna miss the old E that saves me from being chased by the enemy and then kill them when they messed up lol

yeah, that 3rd skill utility is just too good to be removed 😢, now they replaced it with skillshot slow, that can be reduced with tenacity
same I haven't adjusted with her q and e so I keep messing up
I feel like the new late game lux deals more damage since we don’t need to AA. Old lux early game tho was stronger because of passive damage (very helpful to get early kills especially when enemies don’t respect your poke). I am excited for the new runes tho. First strike would be good on her since her E now auto procs (she would snowball harder now even without early kills)
yeah, you don't need to risk yourself doing AA on late game to deal more damage now,
but the downside is, if you use lich bane, you'll deal less dps than usual (due to missing 2nd phase of 3rd skill, i don't remember if it proc lich bane tho, cmiiw)
yeah, can't wait for new runes either, it'll allow lots of new build for most champs XD

At first I was so mad about the 3rd skill, I’m now starting to accept it. Also great games! The flash and root mechanic is so useful to master.

Hey ,what must i do to get Legendary Skin? been playing this game only for 13 days now lol.
The only thing i love about this rework is the damage in late game. But i wish they would have just made her have better ap scaling late game. In the normal game she has good burst. But before this rework, u could do the full lux combo and youd be lucky if you could kill them. Also her ult was so weak too

As a Lux main, right now i think I'm getting used to the mini rework cause maybe they put that for purpose because of the upcoming runes ✨. The new Q is fun tho 😂, but still i prefer the one old one because of the slow as an escape, but i know that we should just accept the new lux. idk if this might help, but one good thing that let me hit either both E and Q, or just Q, is by baiting. lmao. I throw the E in their direction and after that, it's easier to predict where they'll run, so u throw Q in that direction. Lucky if u slowed them with E, that would mean full combo. This is only when trading mostly tho hehe not a Lux main tho, more on the annoying little shit that surprises u with a projectile that can almost one shot an adc lol. Also! Can't wait to play Lux when First Strike comes ouuut. Since comet is not here, we go for the next best thing lol. Yozu era HAHAHA gonna have to bench Zoe and Ahri 🥹 until Star Guardian Zoe lmao
you can also bait them with the 2nd skill instead, so your other skills wont miss XD

Lux game play is awesome.
Played her many times and her q is op, but the down side is her e, yes combos are a lot more easy but shoving/clearing waves are kinda tricky now
yeah, you gotta wait until the wave stop to hit them all, and you can no longer apply your passive to the minions with your 1st skill 😂

I'm always use Lux apc with my friend while he playing Senna and I think that's the most annoying game for enemy. I'm happy watching this video.

I'm so happy that her Dark cosmic skin improved. She's op this time when I use that skin after the update. Game makers gave justice to this.

Her 3rd skill's damage now and before is still the same because it never had the charge up damage increase so it always deals full damage even before the rework like in Pc unlike other champs that actually had it like Varus's 1st Skill that does increased damage the longer you charge it up. Still gonna miss her old 3rd skill tho

yeah, removing her 3rd skill's utility is a really bad idea, now she's simply a burst mage champ with less utility, if they dodged / use quicksilver on your root, you're done, can't no longer slow them down 🥲
as a lux main i love this rework but i’d have a question. does gathering storm or weakness rune do more damage?
Weakness is better early, gathering storm is much better late game
depends, with gs rune, all your skills will deal more damage without needing you to impair their movement,
while weakness increase the damage when they are, but not only that, it amplify your team's damage too
Could someone pls help me 😔 i have the dark cosmic lux skin and when i ult there's no planets it's just the normal lux ult but black 😢
toggle all settings to max, but if you already did, then it means your phone doesn't support it,
some phone can't shows all effects, even though the spec is good, my old phone too

iirc, the damage is lower the earlier you detonated it, there'll be another animation charging the 3rd skill (easier to see in base skin)

How do u make ur lux not hit the minions with her first ability?
it's due to the rework, it no longer works like it used to
In MY pov:
She does more damage when she combos and is more o a thread in the lane bc har 1Skill cbat be stopped by minions.
Her wave clear wasn't nerfed bc her 1 skill does about the same amount of damage to the wave, but instead of dealing a lot of damage to the first 2 minions in the front, it does a less to all of themking it even.
She can't use her 3 skill as a ward during team fights anymore, and can't easily steal buffs with it anymore.
She is worse at scaling from enemys chasing her bc she can't slow them anymore.
All that being said, I think it's a big buff, but wasn't needed though

it's 50:50 imo, since even if the 1st skill hit all minions, your 3rd skill doesn't (need proper aiming / wait for them to stop), also i tend to max 2nd skill then 1st skill since 1st skill only add raw damage while 2nd add less cd and it scale based on AP,
so yeah, i think with this rework, i got to max 1st skill first after 3rd before 2nd for wave clear purpose, especially as a midlaner
I have no comments since i barely use lux, but this skin is absolutely GORGEOUSSS and one shotting with her feels so satisfying 😭

To me lux rework is fine she's still the lux we know, this is the things I see to her rework:
- first is her passive her old passive is good but the new is much better because the old one won't proc when she will used a skill to her enemy that have her passive unless you'll used AA, the new one procs when a skill hit it means the damage to her passive and the damage to her skill will combined.
- her skill 1 is good because it wouldn't proc the root to minions which means even in early game you can poke your enemy even if they would go to their minion
- her skill 3 still has a slow they just changed it when will it proc it became an after effect which means when her skill 3 automatically detonate they will slow for atleast 1.5 sec or its 2
- her ult is the same its just became more powerful when an enemy has her passive because it would combined both damage
- to me her combo changed, in the old lux her we used skill 1>then skill 3> then ult or skill 1>then combined the damage of her skill 3 and ult, now I see one of her combos as skill 3 then skill 1 when it comes to clearing minions, I see also as used your skill 3 to all minions and all of them will be damaged, then used skill 1 to all minions that has your passive to proc your passive, which means the 30% damaged of skill 1 will combined to the damage of your passive and all minions will take the same damaged, you can also used this to enemies to have an advantage if they'll attack your minions and I forgot that this is the combos I see to her when you want to kill your enemy, used skill 3> then used skill 1 to proc the combined damaged of passive, skill 3 and skill 1> then her passive will be refresh and used AA, it can also be vice versa used skill 1> then used skill 3 to combined the damage of skill 1, passive and skill 3> then you will have a refresh passive to AA
- to me the only thing that ugly to her rework is you can't zone your enemy and have a vision to br and dr pits

yeah, i agree on most part, but the thing is, that slow on 3rd skill are tied with the targets, meaning that the slow duration can be reduced by enough tenacity 🥲

I just hate that riot take away her ability to zone and wave management by changing her Q and E😭😭. Now i can't root people by using minion as stepping stone:((

honestly her wave clear feels a little slower and now shes kinda more braindead to play since you can kinda just mash buttons after landing q on someone. they seem to want to make champions that would probably take like 4 matches to get ahold of easier than they should be when they're usually already in a decent spot, this rework was not needed at all imo

yeah 🥲, but you can still add a basic attack in between, since it has faster animation than doing it without any passive

She is annoying as a support. With her rework first ability it is now easy to secure an early kill or waste the flash of the enemies.

The rework has ups and downs. If you snowballed early and get to the offensive, the rework is definitely rewarding. On the other hand, losing her utility in her E is a big L.
