Body Count was one of exactly two bands that **really** pissed my parents off as a kid. Them and the Dead Kennedys. I'm sure Ice and Jello would both think, "Job well done!".
Holy crap this just popped up on my home feed. I was at this show. They opened for GnR and Metallica. I remember Metallica had everyone on their feet for 3 hours. Most blistering set I've ever seen. PEAK Metallica. GnR came on, opened with Welcome to the Jungle, Axl went backstage and Duff sang for two songs, then Axl came back out. It was confusing. Crowd mostly sat down for most of their set, and this was peak GnR during the UYI tour. Great memories. I was 19 years old. Not a cell phone in sight btw.
Just saw Body Count in Anaheim last night, 5/22/24. They STILL HOLD IT DOWN!! Ernie C is an epic guitarist and it was a dream come true to finally mosh to this heavy ass motherfuckin banger!

So, cops ‘ARE’ truly f*cking with young people! To this fact, there is NOT a doubt!
The way Ice T reached out to white kids about getting messed with by the cops for having long hair was brilliant. I'm glad he's living his best life and married to Coco.

This album was banned everywhere because of Cop killer, they had to come out with a version that didn't have it for it to sell in Canada. I had to go to a head shop that sold rare and live albums and paid $50 which was a lot back then for the version with cop killer

I can't believe I am seeing this video right now. 🏁🏁🏁💯❣Thank you so much and God bless you a million times for posting this and let me tell you why. My friends and went to the October 3, 1992, Rose Bowl Pasadena of this same tour, two weeks after this here and we completely missed Body Count and just found our seats less than two minutes before Motorhead started. Is there anyway someone out there can convince Axl to release the entire GNR show from that date or any of the other coheadlining with Metallica concert dates? I mean that in all seriousness. Concert video is my escape and especially of Met and GNR. Metallica had some video posted on here a while back from that concert and there is nothing from GNR at all. Seeing Body Count perform here is surreal for me as I have never seen video of Body Count live from this era at all. This is especially significant remembering back that we rolled into the Rose Bowl parking lot late and hearing them finishing their set from all the way out at the car.
