"Yellowstone", "1883", "Siccario", this movie, "Wind River": ALL Taylor Sheridan works (writing or directing and writing). Dude has become a force in American entertainment with sharp projects and compelling characters.
th-cam.com/video/XqadySJ6Lcs/w-d-xo.html At 59:46 In this interview he talks about his writing process and it's wild. He says he drives until inspiration hits him and he says he drove from LA to Montana until he came up with an idea for this in his head and then wrote the whole thing in 2 weeks, which is absurd for screenwriting.
Phenomenal movie, Taylor Sheridan’s stretch of writing sicario and writing this and then writing/directing wind river is an all time great movie stretch. 3 incredible movies.

The guy that wrote this is great, you'll remember him as Deputy Hale from Sons Of Anarchy. Y'all need to see his movie Wind River which is just as Top Notch as this and Sicario.
Ben Foster and Chris Pine were also in The Finest Hours. Another really good movie, based on a true story. And Ben Foster was also a dirtbag in Hostiles with Christian Bale!
This is one of my favorite movies. That Gas Station scene, I promise you flip me in the car or me getting the soda, I'm out with my brother and some clowns do wrong things, there will be a bad time
i stumbled on this movie one weekend years ago at the redbox kiosk. this and blood father (i had a theme going on that weekend). both were wonderful, with this one being head and shoulders above the other one.
"Aged yourself with that comment" about buying a DVD, but I been looking for a DVD copy for a couple years to share with my old man who lobes westerns and cause I don't have any streaming services to access and I wanna watch it in full again. But hey, I'm mad sus about technology and digging my own hole
Ben Foster plays the older brother. He is a hell of a talent and is good in everything he's ever been in. You guys liked this movie, you should try out 3:10 to Yuma. A true western and really good. Ben Foster is amazing it that as well. Good overall cast. Russel Crowe and Christian Bale are the two main guys in it. Very good movie. Edit: 3 seconds after I typed my response, you just said something about 3:10 to Yuma... so you have apparently seen it. :)
Everybody seems to have enjoyed this movie I guess I'm the only one who thought it was boring I didn't like it I'm trying to figure out why people liked it so much because I wasn't impressed I guess it's just me 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

All of those gems along with Sons of Anarchy. Phenomenal writer 👌

Mayor of Kingstown was great too
He even acts in 1883 as a hardened, bearded cowboy -- and he is totally believable in that role.
Ben Foster remains undefeated as one of the most underrated and underused actors in Hollywood.
He outshined everyone in alpha dog
He was the best in Lone Survivor also

Ben Foster killed it in this movie. Dude deserves way more shine than he gets.
As good as Ben Foster is, I think Chris Pine was overlooked for his performance in this film

Finally epic movie. Cast. Dialogue. Action. Everything perfect. All 3 stars can do no wrong. Let’s go can’t wait!
Definitely have to check out Wind River now, such a good movie.
Easily one of my favorite movies of the last 10 years.
literally in my top 5 of all time. I adore this movie
The guy who did this movie also did Wind River which is also amazing. A hard watch, but so good.
Ben Foster and Chris Pine were also in The Finest Hours. Another really good movie, based on a true story. And Ben Foster was also a dirtbag in Hostiles with Christian Bale!
Foster was also in 3: 10 to Yuma with bale and Russell Crowe too, he’s fantastic in that
Check out Wind River if u liked this one and sicario
You guys seem to have a good bond and funny as hell!
Great commentary on a great movie!
fantastic film
I love you guys together. Keep em coming!
Underrated film..... And having a physical copy of your favorite movies is a good idea in the age of "digital borrowing"
This is one of my favorite movies.
That Gas Station scene, I promise you flip me in the car or me getting the soda, I'm out with my brother and some clowns do wrong things, there will be a bad time
"You'd think there were ten of me."
Loved this movie. I've watched it 3 times. Glad you guys liked it too.
Perfect example of the modern western
i stumbled on this movie one weekend years ago at the redbox kiosk. this and blood father (i had a theme going on that weekend). both were wonderful, with this one being head and shoulders above the other one.
Been doing some good movies. Can't wait to see you do more Justified
Sir, the disrespect against Cash will not stand, (damn, did I say that).
Thank you!
If you like this, you'll probably like Wind River, also by Taylor Sheridan
Sicario next 🙏🏼
This movie is fucking amazing. Respect to you cats for watching it, people sleeping on this gem
I know you supposed to stand up for your boys, but that one dickhead driving the green car *did* have it coming
I do really like the dynamic. Fun stuff. Thumbs up from me!
Laundering the stolen money through the casino, sharp.
Great job guys thanks.
Wind river is by the same creator and is one of the best movies you’ve never seen.
It’s a great flick. Insanely underrated.
YEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!
One of the greatest movies ever!

Any chance for The Hunt soon?
Tanner is the Marcus Cash to Toby's Jimmy Macram.
11:22-11:51 LOL.
15:38-16:00 LOL.
Definitely gotta see Wind River. Comparable to this film only in quality. It's more grounded and raw than this one, to be sure.
you two sounds like the 2 rangers
Unstoppable another one with Chris Pine in it
Chris Pine and Ben Foster did another film together recently 'The Contractor', not bad, not bad....
It was pretty good and long survivor.
Like me some ben foster
Awesome 😎
Loving the forced perspective you two got going on..... starting to think the guy on the left is really small
Can you please watch a movie called THE FOUNDER
DAMN FINE FLICK.
DAMN FINE.
Lmao you at your friends stupidly. Gold!! Movie is flawless.
-_-

Be nice to your co-host. Calling him stupid is only funny when you're a bully.
You talking about Jimmy calling Cash a c@nt cos he needs to stop calling people fat and talking about little girls faces, like 🤦♂️🤣.
You ever had a good mate?

@@pamelaallen-sanders5464 LMAO okay love
The writing/dialogue is great (specially Ben Foster) but the plot being terribly predictable sapped a good chunk of the enjoyment, for me.
