18:19 - Originally, the thieves were getting in via the parking garage stairwell. They went up the stairs, entered the warehouse and stole a bunch of stuff. They then went across the bridge into the main HQ and stole items. I added cameras to cover the stairs on the 3rd floor, one camera to cover the warehouse entrance and one to cover the entrance to the main HQ from the 3rd floor (just in case they made it past the other cameras). Once that entrance was closed to them, they then exploited my guard in the lobby being late. So, I added another camera to cover the main HQ entrance (since each monitoring station can cover 4 cameras) and I added another guard to just stand around like you did. For the cameras and monitoring station, you do not need to wire/connect them. They do that themselves automatically.

37:52 - Yes, the blueprint on the steam workshop is updated to the latest build that you have.

The cleaners are most active when employees arrive after they've tramped in all the mud, and after lunch breaks where they've used the kitchen/canteen.
The rest of the time is just keeping an eye on washrooms and general accumulation, which will be probably fine if you cover the high priority stuff.

Oh, and reception of course when visitors come and go during the window for offering deals. 8 to 12 is it?

You hired extra security, so it might be fine, but I think the security cameras only cover the area shown in the cones when selected, so I'm not sure that they actually cover your entrance doors. Loving the series. Keep it up!

38:05 - The solar panels might need a maintenance man assigned. It depends on whether you selected the roof when you made the warehouse room group or not. If you did, then no, you do not need to assign one as you have one already. If you didn't select the roof, then yes, you need to assign one. Also, they do not produce enough electricity to get the batteries charged up so you will still pay a little each month for electricity. I purchased another large plot of land nearby and put the windmills on it. Now, the city pays me each month because I feed the grid spare electricity because I filled up the battery banks and still have electricity left over. It is more passive income that will help offset the cost of the new teams that you hired as you are running a very slight deficit each month now. It will also help you expand to new teams and software. More money is always better.

Don't forget to check on the stocks you bought and buy more. Maybe buy out your competition for your biggest products. Another option would be to buy out a company that makes something that you don't and have them be a subsidiary so they can keep making it and make you more money.

The new update that has the food conveyer/delivery system is out. I haven't messed with it yet, however I don't see a way to get food delivered from one kitchen to the canteens on different floors without using the conveyer lift from the manufacturing section (maybe I just missed it, don't know).

I think you are forgetting when choosing designers, u have to look at the the third bar I believe to see what experience/how skill they are in what products when it comes designing
