    WRT Leader room assignments, you should be able to set the room roles to leaders, as well as the team to whatever you want, that'll restrict it to the leaders of those teams.
    Edit: Also, for nightshift, there's a night owl/shift trait that you should hire for, those people won't complain about nights, but will complain about days :P.

      I've got leaders rooms setup already, I just find sometimes the leaders don't go in there for whatever reason. :)

    Oh and by the way, accountants won't decrease last year's taxes. They'll work the whole year to optimize your taxes, and when january hits they switch to filing the reports.

    When looking for a team leader, you should set the specializations in order of preference. So if you want them to have 3 stars in HR, drag that specialization so it's first. And make sure to remove any unneeded specialization. That accounting team lead did not need automation :)

    MFG Deals, you can tell the deals by the end Assembler's image, plus you have not named the MFG line which will also help to identify it!

    Just caught up with the series, it's really fun watching a properly difficult play through with the incremental gains - keep it up 😁
    Is there anyway you can use console to increase reputation rather than the other jobs? Maybe have some criteria for yourself before increasing if it's poss (Ik theyre making you some money whoch has kept you afloat but might be able to go back to original rules)

    However, if you want outstanding on every item. Keep the development percentage between 180 and 200%

    It should be between iterations of the alpha programming phase (the Review option). The time between iterations in design is not a setting unless you pause it, but delaying it doesn't affect quality? In the alpha pha ase the review/iterate does improve but if it's slow to program then doing it too frequently would be expensive.

      That's what I thought initially, but everyone writing guides seems to think it's the time to wait between design iterations in the design phase. Idk what to think haha

    I'm watching on my phone. It looked like you left automation etc selected when looking for your accounts TL. You might have found a candidate who did HR and accounts second if those were deselected.

    I think 300 percent on the project is a lot, I recommend lowering it to 200

    I believe you have nothing activated on the benefits. Nothing is checked. You could be just telling your employees that they get benefits, but in reality they don’t get anything.

      afaik those boxes just reset everyone that works there, they aren't an off/on switch. :)
