      Glad you liked it. Yes, it's very small and almost empty. In the United States, they call places like this college towns.

      @@CampusMania real estate in this area is really interesting! There are about 700 realtors and only about 80-ish listings in Cedar City itself. But as cut throat as it can be sometimes, I love meeting people and love the concept of homeownership. As for college, I really missed out on the socialization aspect. Skipping college meant skipping the roommates, the parties, the study groups, etc. I don’t have a lot of friends, but I have a ton of life experience and a really clear idea of what I want to do with my life. So there were definitely pros and cons, but so far I don’t regret skipping that part of life. I had no use for it.

      @@JennaRidesOrange WOW! There are more realtors than listings! I'm familiar with this area, it's pretty empty there (compared to any big or even average size city in the US), so I don't really think being a realtor in this area is good in any possible way. Have you thought about moving to an area with a bigger market?
