Do you think you would like say the sfx9 grip width a little better? I'm so torn because the new sft9 dosent have a light rail, but the 4 inch experior does. I just have to have the old slide look. The only thing that makes me second guess just getting the experior is the larger grips. I'm not a big guy and plan on carrying as well.
I have the WC SFX9 4 inch and I love it. Accurate and well made. I have the SFX9 S on the way and hopefully I pick it up today, so I can shoot it tomorrow. Great review by the way and I subscribed.
I bought the EDC X9S two years ago. My major complaint is that the pistol is not reliable shooting defensive rounds! It will shoot about 2 magazines and then start having failure to feed malfunctions! I initiated a service request about the problem but haven’t heard back. I can clean it thoroughly and get a couple magazines to feed and then it starts malfunctioning! I bought a Sig P365XL and it has yet to malfunction! The expensive Wilson Combat cost around 3 grand including ammo to try to break it in to then find out it can’t be my EDC because I don’t trust it!!!
When their pistol is more expensive than their AR lol! Still love them. Can't afford there 1911s but my buddy has one and let me shoot it. Yeah it's worth the 🤑. Definitely a family heirloom
Their definitely not broke, but work hard for what you want. Even if your average income level, just work extra hours pick up a side gig, hell mow some lawns if you have to.
@@alexralston22 yeah case by case basis for sure everyone is different. I'm just saying if you want something bad enough you gotta work for it. Cheers man
@@Michael-uf1hz Yeah I totally agree with that! Work for it! Why I worked full time since age 16 til 34 (now) and have a paid for house and 5 paid for newer vehicles. I get that. I just need to try one out because I feel like an STI for half the cost would be as nice! But I'll borrow yours soon! I'm sure it's great!
@@alexralston22 I dont have one either, I'm interested but still saving up. Yeah the staccato is definitely nice, I'm not a huge fan of the grip safety though. Also the Wilson's are just so good looking
Then don’t buy one. See how easy that is? I love my Wilson’s and for me, they are worth every penny, but I certainly wouldn’t try to tell others what they should or shouldn’t “waste” money on…
If you liked those you need to try the SFX9 4" 👍
This is what I want
EDC X9 is my daily carry gun. Great shooter and 100% reliable with a wide variety of ammo.

I want to see you torture test the wilson combat line.? Iv never seen anyone torture test one of these pistol s
Has Wilson discontinued X9S? It's not on their website. There is X9 and X9L, but no X9S.
It’s still available. It’s just been rebranded as part of the SFX9 family. SF for solid frame.

lol@ heirloom
Where did you buy that shirt?
Compared to stacatto XL ? Anyone
What's the average income of someone who spends what these guns cost? Last time I checked a Wilson combat firearm was 3k plus.

"I was short-stroking it because I did not expect how short the reset was" - Wait, what? That does not compute.
Yeah. I thought the same thing. 🤔
Maybe he meant he was accidentally double tapping?
Gripnlike a walther ppk
Second
Wilson Combat is bad ass!
First?
Be careful, if the parts don't fit. Wilson Combat customer service won't help you or refund you. And they edit their reviews
Wilson combat is a waste of money
Why’s that?
Why's that? I don't own ones. Kimber's and Sti's in my collection. It thought the Wilson's were the "holy grail" of 1911's
@@alexralston22 IMO the X9L is the best Double-Stack 1911 in the game.

Marky
I got an STI staccato and a few Kimber's. Have to try out the Wilson combat soon.
