Ingredients:
1 cup cracked wheat (dalia or bulgur)
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cups jiggery
2 tbsp coconut, chopped
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp almonds, chopped
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1/4 cup ghee
2-3 cinnamon sticks
4-5 green cardamoms
Grated coconut for garnishing, fresh or dried
Pinch of saffron
3 cups water
