V10 dodge towing up 8% grade

Here’s my 2000 Dodge ram 2500 V 10 towing in Northern Utah up Logan Canyon on the Bear Lake side. The greatest is 8% and it is 6 miles long. Elevation starts at rougly 5500ish and goes to a little over 8000ft DA. The truck is held full throttle the whole way up the grade. This truck has headers and full cat list 2 1/2 inch exhaust. No tune, 33” tires and 3:55 gears.
Ventless truck is going to get a tune and a ported throttle body with it and possibly 4:10 gears.
