Wack100 shared his experiences of being one of the first minors to be charged as an adult in the California state prison system. Wack100 explained how his high level of manipulation and sophistication led to him being sent back from a juvenile facility to the adult prison, as he was deemed to be a mismatch for all juvenile facilities in the state of California. He recounted how he was offered a ten-year sentence reduction if he signed a waiver of his rights, which he accepted, resulting in his transfer to Delano State Penitentiary at 16. In prison, he was surrounded by criminals twice his age, but managed to earn their respect and make it through several fights. Whenever you hit SRCC as a California youth authority prisoner..you have to see a psychologist and do all kinds of ‘assessment tests’ It’s very common for them to use these types of .terminology templates as a way to get kids out of their youth authority..Mine was ‘His propensity to commit violent acts and total disregard for human life..outlined by his sociopathic character flaws/personality traits were admitted principals to his glib and articulate reasoning behind his commitment offense..Therefore parole board recommends he be sent to state prison upon his 17th birthday.😂Little did they understand the type of monsters they created as a result.

By signing a waiver. When I was in juvie in the early 2000s, 16 and 17 year olds would commonly sign a wavier to await thier sentencing at the adult jail since you had more freedom.
