What I think Wack is saying is that Zip put the bag on Biggie’s head over something that may have been owed to him by Diddy. Diddy might’ve had an inkling that it was about to go down and lined Biggie up. It’s weird now that you consider it, because Gene feels as though Puffy was acting extra weird that night. I remember years back, Wack said on IG that Biggie was killed after a Harlem cat put the money on his head, and wasn’t Zip from Harlem? Maybe Zip wanted more for his involvement in the murder of Pac and Puffy didn’t approve, so they hit Big. Who knows. It’s 30 years later and these dudes still running circles round the story.
