Creatine also improves brain function. This clearly shows that that exact creatine of her doesn't work
😂😂
Ouch 😂🔥
ouuuuuuuuuuchhchhhhhhhhh XDDDDDD
I mean, she probs doesn't believe the shit she is saying. She is just saying it to make money off people that don't know better.
So if anything her brain is working well, it's her empathy that isnt functioning.
@@Sinasi08who can provide
There should be a law that punishes these scammers.
Layne the Law!
true i agree
Uh yeah. It’s called censorship. Government is working on it right now.. don’t think it’s gonna end well. DYOR there’s bullshit everywhere. Don’t block free speech to censor this garbage, never know who’s on the other end of the gavel.
Can you imagine the scope of that.
I checked the price $48 for 50 servings. If you buy this crap the only thing getting bloated is her wallet.
Dude I buy from Thorne just regular Creatine monohydrate 90 servings $36 this chick is fucking high
What's the company called?
@SullivanKelly85 MB Creatine plus. Minibeast enterprises.
Mini Beast
We need a jersey saying "HUMAN RANDOMIZED CONTROL TRIALS"
I believe he has that already has a shirt. He has it for sale currently.
Great callout. I remember falling for supplement gimmicks like this as a teenager in the early 2000's. Funny how little actually changes over the years.
Please call out Huberman and the AG1 scam
Sounds like Im not the only person that has realised that Huberman aint all that
there are many videos calling it out already
@@andyg9991 it's easy to call out these young influencers but Huberman is a legit academic with a huge following. He should know better
Layne doesn’t have the balls for that. After all they are all buddy buddy.
@@duality921 yeah but it's too easy to pick on these young influencers. Huberman has real credentials and a big audience that will buy anything he promotes
Already know exactly what layne is going to say at this stage but still enjoy watching for the personality ❤
Now you tell me. Algorithm was late.
lol did you buy it?
I never got any negative effects from creatine. Thomas Delauer should watch this because everytime he pushed creatine gummies he says it makes him bloated 😂😂
At insane prices per dose as well. Delauer is a scammer.
Creatine monohydrate is like those trying to sell "special" pink salt add special flavors and triple the price
@veritasium did a video th-cam.com/video/ZQ--scjcAZ4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SlV1fpIjcxVIQNr8 about Himalayan Salt lamps that many are trying to sell fir 'health' benefits. He took it to a lab, and they discovered that it gives off Ozone. It is actually less healthy for you.
The "pink" salt is special. Do you know why it is pink? Its due to impurities such as lead and cadmium so at least those idiots that use it are slowly killing themselves and removing themselves from the gene pool
But mad props for her wicked Long Island accent.
I believe that if you capitalize the first letter it becomes far more bio-available and effective. For that reason, always use Creatine Monohydrate in preference to creatine monohydrate 😛.
I have people still trying to tell me that creatine is bad for your kidneys... uhhhhh.
Those are the people that confuse creatine with creatinine.
My nephrologist warned bad for kidneys. Still take creatine and protein powder. Renal labs all normal.🏊🏋♂️🦊🧨
Oh crap... I thought my fluffy stomach was due to water retention from creatine. 😕 😆
Nah, that's a condition known as calorie retention.
@@Crimsonfangg Typical, locally stubborn entropy, I hate when that happens.
Glad someone finally called her out.
Love Fridays.
Just use creapure. Its 100% pure creatine monohydrate and very affordable
Creapure harder to find now. Optomon Nutrition used to sell creapure. Now I assume made in China.🏊🏋♂️🦊🧨
@@robertthompson5501 i order mine online from amazon. The product i order is manufactured in Germany
FOR THE ALGORITHM!
For Al Gore's dance rhythm.
Layne doing the Lord’s work.
I got these cramps when I first took creatine. Googled it, found out I needed to take it with more water and voilà, problem solved.
I’ve been dropping 30g of monohydrate in one sitting on an empty stomach whenever I’m sleep deprived since one of your recent videos and have no GI symptoms nor bloating… it does seem to help. I plan on running my own experiment and ask my wife to randomize me to glutamine or creatine and see if I can tell based on subjective cognitive abilities.
LOL I enjoy this rant calling her out. 😂
I've seen her videos many times; this is the first time I realized she speaks in those videos. 🤣
Forrrr the algorithm!!
Thank you for REPS!
I’ve been taking creatine because I read that it’s good for you but I honestly haven’t noticed anything.
Now do Huberman
Those damn HUUUMAN RADOOOMIZED CONTROOL TRIALS
Saw her incoming ad from a mile away😂
For the Alliance... I mean the algorithm!
Thanks for doing what you do 💪🏽
Do comments still help with the algorithm?
To my knowledge, this is simply Kre-Alkalyn which would be like saying you decided to disrupt the market by making third party tested creatine and just slapped a sticker on a tub of Creapure.
What to do, when you get tired after Creatine consumption?
In the back of Laynes mind “that could be my third wife”
Thanks Layne
I have had my abdominal muscle (just one of the six) cramp up because of creatine intake. It is excruciating when it happens, but it won't if I am more careful with water intake. Besides that I have used creatine monohydrate since the 90's and I will keep doing so.
FOOOR THE ALGORITHM
I'm on high dose statins and use creatine to eliminate cramping issues
Damn she must've been on the 2 for 1 dumbo juice. Feels really AI, with the off lip since and VO.
I thought this too. Sounds like an AI voiceover and equally dumb that it doesn’t match up with her own mouth.
Love your work ❤
Just ordered my creatine online where I live in the Philippines. Less than USD$8 for 60 servings and always works just fine. This chick is ripping you off big time.
fooooooor the algorythm
First, love your content, man. I've listened to every podcast you have done, and I appreciate the work you put into the information you present.
Question for you if you happen to see this.
I know you're primarily focused on strength training and information related to that. Have you done any research on the hybrid side of things? Primarily, looking towards the best modalities to maximize strength while running an absurd amount of miles. Obviously, nutrition and recovery play a large part in this, but have you found any worthy studies on this? If so, could you post them?
Long story short, I am currently training for a 100 miler and sitting around 80-85 miles a week, I also strength train 5 days a week. I eat plenty 95% from good clean whole foods, but i definitely won't shy from a donut on a 30-mile run day.
I know my strength gains will be slower, but im sure there is something I could be doing better, and I figure if anyone has found something in this realm, it would be you.
If not all good, appreciate what you do and keep it up, brother.
Do you follow Alan Thrall? He somewhat recently rekindled his love for running and has done a few videos talking about balancing running and strongman.
Great video as always!
Do you think that 0.1 g of Creatine per kg bodyweight (especially with higher levels of jackedness) makes sense or is 5g good for everybody?
Just saw Sean Nal rip her to pieces and now we have Layne..😂
Drink more water if you're cramping, or add electrolytes
This girl has an OF page and you can clearly realize why her GI track is getting irritated, and it's not due to creatine monohydrate.
😂😂
💀💀
Dang bro rough
Link?
L M A OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
They need to stop iPhone-ing creatine.
Look an old thing people forgot about probably, let’s put in on the new phone, call it a new feature and charge more for it. Oh, and pretty colours. 😂
I use regular creatine monohydrate just for cognitive health
11 grams?
She looks AI
Shit that's throwing me off is, the off lip sync & bizarre voice over.
Yeah I thought it might have been a deepfake
Although this girl is selling a scam, I personally don't feel creatine. Took it for a year daily. It made me feel bloated, and I felt fine a few days after stopping. I dunno what's going on with me, but her claims sure have an audience.
Please do AG1!!
What are your thoughts on taking more creatine around 10-15 g? I recently increased because of how active my life is and how hard I train. I train 5-6 times a week hypertrophy and get 20k steps a day.
5g a day is for women, men should be taking atleast 10-30g a day
May just cost a little more over time as you're using more but I use 10g per day because I dose based on 0.1g/kg
@@Parker_Miller_M.S. I meant more of how it would help with recovery and endurance. I don’t look at It as this magic powder for getting huge, but for other aspects, it also helps in producing ATP so I have thought that was good for
My work
@@nolanmarion69 I think when I went from using 5g/day to 10g per day it did help with my strength and performance. It's definitely worth a shot given how safe and inexpensive creatine is. I would just split the dose into 5 grams and have it twice or 3 times a day if you're doing 10 or 15g/day respectively
Yeah but Layne she's an attractive woman in the gym so what she's saying must be true
Came here for the human randomized controlled trials scream. Was not disappointed.
No one is watching that chick for actual fitness info. 😉
A comment for the algorithm
Very creepy video. I use to have gi problems with creatine, i started dissolving in my large water bottle and drinking throughout the day. I dont have a problem now and can have 5g at once with no problems.
Yea just like the girl the other day who only added collagen to creatine then started selling as "for only women specific" 😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Wow your the second one i follow that's blasting the same girl. Yeah put this girl on blast!
but first...
Keep calling these phonies out!! I'm sure there are people who will fall for the BS!!
Love this
CreaTren is the best for muscle and cranium growth
For algore!!
Isnt she also the one who marketed thsi to women?

FOR THE ALGORITHM!!!!!
I buy the cheapest Creatine I can find and have never had any side effects.. Other than this annoying hypertrophy effect, I cannot scratch the top of my shoulder with my same arm anymore, have to use the opposite arm to scratch that top of the shoulder now. Dang....
Why’s he sayin creatine all weird?
Glad I’m not the only one thinking this
I wonder where this "patented, game-changing formula" was patented? In USA? Kinda doubt it.

Can I use expired creatine tub?
I've never taken expired creatine, so check my ass. Seems ok, it probably won't be as effective?

I’m surprised you’re not higher on turmeric supplements. Those I’ve heard pretty widely touted as being beneficial. Also vitamin D and fish oil.
Turmeric supplements don't actually do anything. The component of turmeric that has potential health benefits is curcumin, which is only about 2% of turmeric, and its bioavailability is almost non existent. Your body processes it out before it can be used. Great in theory, in practice, just another bs superfood.
Looks like an AI lip sync
Please do a bit on psychological effects of PED referencing the body builder backlash against Mike Israetel
In my opinion even regular creatine gets too much hype. The only supplement that truly builds muscle is not sold over the counter.

That video is peak cringe.
