Come in from Indio off Dillon Rd. The best campsites are within a mile from the entrance of Joshua Tree NP. No shooting in the park and camping is only in designated areas. Outside of the park the world is your oyster, but just try to clean up after yourself. Or you can camp in the north on BLM land off old dale rd like my original Joshua Tree videos. That’s near 29 Palms. Hope that helps!
