I prefer my pierogi fried, they have a nice crisp and tastes better. I also don’t like bland food, although when it comes to pierogi I don’t mind more gentle flavors. My favorite are mushroom and sauerkraut. Have you ever tried “uszka”? They are like small pierogi and usually served with barszcz 😊
I hope you will brak thru and don't be like mamy English guys who are lives with Polish girls and can't learn a bit language. I keep my fingers crossed. I'm jealous when watching your yt channel and ,live in Leicester UK and miss so many things.
