WOW! What an amazing trip. Enjoying it as always. 😊At 15:14 i saw a trailer with MAMMUT WORLD on it. That was a truck from Iran. Really impressive the distances they drive. I noticed sometimes your tollbox is just blinking yellow. Does it mean its on standby? Anyway keep doing these videos and safe trucking. 😉🚚💪

When it is yellow it means it's not working in this country, when it's green then it means it is working.

Interesting that the trailers in Europe (and some other parts of the world) open to the side or top. It does make it easier to load and unload I guess.. On the American continent all enclosed trailers only have doors in the back (like your frigo or the shipping containers)

@@Oo-IIII-oO yes, exactly. This tarp trailer is very common here, there are even versions that are called Mega, and you can take their roof up a bit during loading to make it easier. Or there are so called walking floor trailers, where floor is moving back and forth, for easier loading unloading

Dani when you start you trip to gaziantep that is also a place in southern turkey with a big industry with a lot of transport companies?

Yes, man listen, wherever is load to pickup ordered by European company, then it must be delivered, it doesn't matter where is it.
There are almost none of companies having stable contracts to deliver goods from Eastern Turkey, for example to Poland.
But random goods to deliver can happen anytime. That's how transport works.

Do the companys pay the pribes or is it out of the drivers pockets?

    • @DaniTruckerson
      @DaniTruckerson  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Companies are paying.
All expenses paid by cash are written on a sheet of paper, so you are just writing that 5/10 euro was given for a bribe and that's it.
But for example if you are giving a bribe to a police or guys that are controlling your Tachograph, then it is usually from your own pocket. Then amount of money for that kind of bribe is a bit bigger, and depends what kind of violation you have. I have paid once 50euro bribe, because I had small problem with Tachograph, and official penalty was 200 or 250euro.

It makes me sad every time to hear about corruption. People are just trying to do their jobs, and then someone thinks their position of authority entitles them to take advantage of others. If you can get through with a small "problem" for 5€, just imagine what else can get through for 500€ or 5000€.

@DaniTruckerson Common people, like customs agents, should not be stealing from other common people, like truckers. The rich and powerful will always find a way to steal from the society, government, etc. There's no way to put an end to it. But common people should not eat each other, because no-one else will look out for us.

Piece of advice, don't use Bulgaristan in Bulgaria, they find that very rude, they feel offended, not so good memories from '80's.

@@thegreatunknown8014 yes I know, history is my hobby.
I know they are still living with this 500year period of slavery under ottoman empire, and that ending with -stan means so called: vasal country, not independent one.
But after all, those are just words, letters arranged in a certain manner and given a certain spelling and certain meaning, by people for people.
Same with Nazi symbol of swastika, it has meaning given by Germans, but earlier it had completed different meaning.
Same with symbols of communism etc.
And I think that thousands years later no one will remember most of those countries in Europe, and their names will be just at some page in history book, without any meaning, just with explanation and dates of existence.
So why to even bother to be angry or emotional because of words? I don't know, I don't get those limitations.
