Gorilla Glue To Fix Plastic Bike Light Case

Aren't you suppose to apply water / moisture to this type of glue for it to activate?

I clicked on this video because I wanted to know if Gorilla glue would hold plastic really strong. I already know how to use Gorilla glue but I want to know how it performs do you have a follow up video?

I don't have a follow up video but I can say the piece I glued in this video is still glued together.
