Fear has kept me stuck 4 yrs and counting. Im learning that I may always be fearful and if I can't get over that then I am learning to build my courage. The fear may not go away but my bravery can grow to push through the fear no matter how traumatizing ✝️💜🇺🇲

Fear can often come from Satan. I am not referring to a healthy fear here like knowing not to step out in front of a bus. But unhealthy fear. Wbat if this happens, what of that happens. Fear of man, etc. In the Holy Scriptures it says in Second Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Alright there are two realms, one of of God, and light, and the other of Satan of darkness. Satan will use fear as a weapon in his arsenal to try and hinder a person from being the man o woman that God has called them to be. So one of the keys to overcoming fear can be casting out a spirit of fear. Often what are known as mind binding spirits can be behind fear.
