Bill was charged for a 2004 incident. The statute of limitations was 12 years for that. He was charged in 2014.
I believe the video originated from the raid because it was edited to show multiple angles, which suggests that the FEDS compiled it and then provided it to CNN. This is just my perspective. Also, Diddy kept the video as a trophy. Videos hold significant importance to him. Again, this is solely my opinion.
