Sir my principal then refused and I got mail from Identity Malta because my employer side only 60 people are allowed to give Identity Malta but my employer submitted documents of 150 people but my employer filed appeal. It may or may not be true

Appeal is not compulsory, if no 9ne applied, you can consider the application is end of process and need to file a new application
