Brother till the end it will show as under process. And for interview it is not mandatory that every one will get that message. There are only few people who get that mail. remaining everyone get the results at last. the total process time is 60 days hence i would request you to kindly wait for the result. the status will change at the last movement.

brother you will get the next message soon, As you got the message of Dispatched to new Delhi. Because after new Delhi they will send the file to Center visa unit Malta for further process.
