I toured both of the TB Mesa Ridge models, the one floors and these marvelous two floors. This was my favorite model. There must be 500K of upgrades in this model. You would have to buy it with the floating staircase. This model is a masterpiece. TB out did themselves, here. The fire place was fantastic in the great room. The stonework very well done. Thanks, re: the furniture. It is Restoration Hardware. This one was nicely modeled. As to the Black Birds, reminds me of the nursery rhyme, 4 and 20 blackbirds baked in a pie :-)

Lot of luxury for under 1 million but not homey n cozy. More like luxurious hotel suites. It would take me a month to find my way around this house. Can’t undress in the casita without being on display.

First I would like to say Toll Brothers built another beautiful home, but the lady wasn't explaining what certain things were made by or made of. She was skipping over some of the furniture and was too fast for the cameraman to keep up. Everytime he goes to look at something she's gone. Nonetheless it was a beautiful home

No doubt a beautiful home one of the best I’ve seen in Vegas but maintenance is too much if your retiring or wanna grow old in the home not to mention the HOA! I’d go for more of a minimalist net zero home.

This is a model built at the sales site and the upgrades in the model are over $500,000 which include the backyard pool and landscaping. You could have this floorplan built by Toll Brothers starting at the base price and add upgrades accordingly. However, Toll Brothers uses nice decor, appliances, etc., in building a standard/basic home without upgrades, that's why they start selling at a base price.

We are making the comparison of home prices in California and Nevada. Not only are the home prices lower in Nevada, but the taxes are much lower as well.

Waste of space by giving loft area ..they could have made bedrooms bigger instead of giving all those loft area or open loft etc
Many of the home builders are now building the "open concept" style.
I agree the bedrooms could be bigger as well as the closets.
