Absolutely gorgeous this is what I’m talking about my dream house one story love it love it love it. Toll Brothers my favorite home builder thanks for Sharing 😮😮😮
I view many real estate videos, almost daily. This lady has to be one of the very top real estate presenters. Unlike other presenters, she is not continually in the video - she is out of the way providing all the details, which serious buyers, in my opinion, want to see. She gives you time to take it all in. I assume some presenters think it is “cool” to pan the camera rapidly, zoom in & out rapidly. Just saying I do not need fancy/cool camera work. This lady should teach a class. I’m just saying!
Honestly, this home comes across as more of a party house than a home. The first room you showed us, was NOT a bedroom since it had a "Built In" desk than took up the whole of the room. The entire yard was designed around the pool and lounging..no room for children to play. There was no playroom ( but you had a bar as soon as you come into the house), the ceilings were WAY to high ( giving it that feeling of being in a cave ), the house was devoid of color ( which gave it a sterile/cold feeling ) and there were WAY to many built in televisions ( which again, adds to the party feel ). I could see a corporate couple living in this home, but not a family ( it's simply not styled around a family unit TBH ). This is a beautiful home...but I could only see a young or corporate couple living here that like to party.
Thank you for your detailed comments. This is a Toll Brothers model and many upgrades. If anyone were to have a home built with this floorplan, the "built in" desk (for instance) would be an upgrade, as many of the features in this model are highly upgraded. However, the high ceilings are not something that can be changed in this model. I understand your point regarding it not being "family friendly," but when buyers upgrade and furnish their home, they visualize and select decor, favorite colors and furniture all of which can make this model dramatically.
@@JoaniPemberton Thank you for replying:) I do understand about the potential upgrades, color choices, etc. But in all honesty, I still feel the home would be more ideal for a couple who enjoy dinner parties or small gatherings of friends etc. The overall feel of the floor plan itself denotes elegance over the day to day messiness of family living ( no insult intended ). The feature I absolutely loved, was the package drop off. What a GREAT feature!! I would love seeing that in all the newer homes:) I think whoever buys this home will be more than pleased with all the wonderful features it has to offer. As I said before, it is a beautiful home:) I just wanted to chime in with my opinion:)
These Toll Brothers homes take you on a another level! They are SPECTACULAR!!!

Floating Cabinets
Floating cabinets are connected to the wall but give the illusion that they are floating.
