The piano is aerith, the violin zack, and they intertwine as the theme goes, sometimes the piano is alone but when the violin sounds it leads fiercely, and another thing to notice is, when the violin starts playing, it starts with the crisis core (zack's will) motif, and at the end it sounds again, even more passionate and fierce to an abrupt stop, then the piano is left alone to carry on the steps by itself. Music is awesome when done correctly.
that feeling that these two characters will be deceased and you're playing a story of the past... The first time I reached this part of the game and this music played, I knew this is going to be a magnificent and heartwarming piece.

i wanted to stay in the church forever
I just recently started playing this game becasue everyone said it's so good. I borrowed a PSP and bought it. I got to the church.........I stayed there way too long
I'd leave my PSP on overnight just standing in the church and fall asleep to this... :P

Right at the start of chapter 4, the second this started playing, I couldn't help but tear up instantly.

@@DaGamingDuelist I actually ended up staying until I beat Minerva in the missions and had nothing else to do but progress the story before I opted to leave the church for the first time, haha.

The OST was awful. It had a couple of decent themes in there tho.
Not awful, just overall not as flashy and awesome as others. Prince of Freedom, The Burdened, Sky Blue Eyes and some others were really awesome and gave me goosebumps.....especially this one
