My apologies, unless it's clearly posted, I don't quote the stats, as they are generally available online. (And in some cases vary by country). I filmed 50 videos in two days, which gives me around 10 minutes for actual filming per stand. For Beta (I'm guessing...) they have 20 bikes which gives me 30s per bike. To look up stats for each one would blow that. I could, but I'd have to do perhaps 20-30 stands instead of 50. You have my apologies
Beta had to update their trail bikes because you need some hp to ride safely on the road on the way to the trails. If they continued on this logical path, they would also have increased the fuel range even more, because by the time you get to the trails, there are no fuel service stations around. Why is this so hard to understand?
@@PeakMotorcycles Transport Canada has to have a silly sticker from all countries except for usa DOT. Costs 1 million bucks for it. Most EU bikes exceed DOT. Just another useless government agency.
I Have owned alot of Bikes. From R1 cbr 1000 RR gsxr 750 cr 250 yz 250 drz 400, 400 sm, and the list goes on and on.. The Husqvarna 701 is the uni-corn. It has the missing6th gear. Fast , powerful, lightweight, on road off road. If you’re considering one of these bikes. I would just pass and get the Husqvarna. I was really hopeful. They were going to make the Husqvarna 901. Basically, a 701 with a 901 motor. Not the big old Nordon
But it’s also double the price? (9k vs £4.5k) and has a high seat for a lot of people. Most don’t need the extra power on the trails, and while the 701 has a lot going for it, is the seat comfortable? It’s a complaint I’ve heard from some owners who had to upgrade it at more cost. Also, any electrical problems?
@ I did the 700 Sm and put dirt tires , seat and a bash plate. I live in the Taho national forest. I seen the 4,0 was $9500 and the husky is $12k . Even if it was half the price it really wouldn’t matter. The 701 is 5 times better, absolutely amazing. I’ve owned so many bikes. It is an absolute treat and the best all around. Super powerful, very good on trails, hill climbs, highway.. go rent one for a few days. You will see. Videos dont do it justice.. i have ben riding all different kinds of bikes for over 32 years. Probably owned about 25 motorcycles. I currently have a cbr 1000 rr, a Yz 250 , trail 110, moped and a yhamha YSR 50.. every time i go riding i reach for the 701. It does it all the best plus the comfort
Why can we not have the Outbacks in America I own a 2022 beta 430 RR dual sport which I love to the max I know that that engine in that bike is a long gin motor my bike has a beta 430 RR fuel injected engine which is badass double counter shafts smooth running motor it had a problem in the beginning they fixed it and not even blinked an eye beta stands up to their product they are bad ass have a nice day

Yup. I think it would do well. I don’t see many in the UK.

Are those X Trainers red in reality or orange? Difficult to tell on video.
I think red. but the stand lighting wasn't great for filming. I can only apologise.

I'm sorry but I don't know. Do you get other Beta bikes? If so, it should be possible, but it'd be a question to a dealer or importer.

It’s not the DR350 engine any more. The new one is designed by Beta and built by Tayo in China.
