Was suffering for more than 3 days with this problem, felt like I couldn’t release but had so much pressure kinda felt like contractions just minutes apart!! woken every hour with them!! I sat down typed a how to use fleet video because I was doing it wrong after watching this I went in the bathroom and took my time immediately after RELEIF thanks so much for the motivation because I felt like I was near death ☠️
Just want to let you people know my case to help ease any worries. I’m 18 and I don’t normally take enimas, it’s actually been years probably. But anyway, about a week and a half prior I ate some food that was probably contaminated and I had loose stool for like 3 days straight even though I wasn’t eating so a doctor told me to take loperamide which slows down the moment of the bowel to absorb more water (opposite of laxatives) and I stopped going immediately after. However a common side effect of this was constipation. So after taking loperamide, I haven’t gone to the bathroom for about 4 days. Eventually I had a little bit of stool after but it was very very little. For the next week I had very little stool even though I was eating back to normal. Eventually I started getting more pain and the feeling of having to go #2 but having no success basically when trying. Then tonight I felt like going pretty bad but I could feel the stool in my rectum but I wasn’t able to push it out so I basically had a (fecal impaction) which is just a very hard / large stool blocking the colon or intestines. I then got this fleet enima (I recommended watching a tutorial on how to put them in) and I only used about half the bottle and stayed in a laying position for about 40 seconds because it became really uncomfortable. Then I went to the toilet and it was still a little hard but it passed much easier and I felt instant relief about 2 minutes after. All I will say is taking the enima is a bit uncomfortable but 9/10 you will feel 10x better minutes later and there’s nothing to worry about. I know these topics aren’t very comfortable for some to talk about but it’s never fun when your constipated and in pain and there’s no need to add fear on top of it so I hope this was helpful.
This helped me out so much! I was constipated for 2 days and couldn’t sleep. I went to my doctor because I was so stressed and in pain. They told me use dolca lax and ex lax and hopefully in a few days I should be good. So as a last resort I watched this video and purchased one of these. It was easy to use and didn’t hurt. It gave me so much relief and helped me sleep that night and then the next morning I was able to have a bowel movement. So next the next time I had the same problem I again bought one of these and soon after using it I got relief!
Recently found out I have diverticulitis caused by my on going battle with constipation since I was a kid. Took me 3 days since coming out of the ER to actually get this enema done lol. This video got me to just buck up and do it. You are so calming and just all around real! Thank you so so much!!! I watched and read everything about enemas, but your video was the winner! Thanks again :)
Girl, you are a whole mood! 🤣 I just had my first baby and the constipation has been worse than the birth itself. Today I went to the doctor after 3 days of MISERY and she suggested I do an enema if I don't pass it today. Thankfully I was able to pass it without the enema but I'm SO happy I found this video and your channel. Definitely subscribing. 🤙
You are so funny thank you for bringing humor to an awkward topic. You are too cute and us folks with IBS/Lactose Intolerant really appreciate your video. 😊
I've been on this horrible medication now for 6 years that causes HORRIBLE constipation! my belly is swollen and bloated 24/7 and I feel awful. My husband decided that we had to do something because using miralax or whatever wasn't doing enough so this Fleet thing arrived today but I am SO fucking scared to use it!! I'm so scared it's going to cause some damage or make me sick, or not even work. But mostly scared of something bad happening!! I am trying to work up the nerve to use it but it is taking a while so I decided to go to youtube to see if there are any videos about it and I am glad I found this one! it helps my fear a little bit. Thank you for being so open about all this and talking about it in depth.
You are so inspiring about what you go through and trying to help other people through your experiences. So glad to here about the P.O. Box. Happy Thanksgiving and God bless you all!!
Im actually kinda glad you made a vlog about constipation....because i suffer from it, severely 😂 and its nice to have someone to relate to 😝 i might look into enemas if you don’t get the terrible feeling of cramping. I have a multitude of medical conditions and illnesses (physical and emotional/mental) I think we all have our difficulties and challenges in life that we have to contend with on a daily basis. Its how we deal with them that makes the difference. My way of looking at life is that there is always ppl worse off in the world than myself. I would recommend seeing who has the nicest Customer service, they will have to hold the mail for you and knowing us were going to send you tons of random things that will overflow the box.
You can buy a enema kit that you can wash disinfect and reuse so you have less waste and you can make a saline solution or yes you can do a coffee enema. It is the absolute best type of enema for detoxing your organs and getting rid of parasites. But just doing water enemas are great as they are.
bowel disease not fun but none tells you the enema can explode ohie it’s great your sharing it shouldn’t be so awkward we all have to poop longest i’ve not gone 18 days as my muscles don’t contract proper was aweful it’s sweet how paul helps you
NO WORRIES! Lol Don't be embarrassed at all! I was so freaked out at first but it definitely helps, and you'll feel refreshed! Lol But don't worry and don't be nervous......I once had a nurse do it to me while in the hospital.....now THAT was akward😂😂
If you make your own solution, please remember to use fresh distilled water and NOT tap water. I personally warm the water in a pot on the stove and NOT the microwave. I heat it to a comfortable temperature for myself, as cool feels really odd to me
I actually failed at giving it to myself solo. lol I got it somewhat, but like you said in the video, it's very hard to do. But luckily, I managed to fix myself with Miralax and doing certain methods I read online. It got kind of scary. :(
Thank you soooo much! You made me laugh and it didn’t seem as scary. Love your makeup comparison. Really calmed my nerves. I didn’t want to do it myself, but it really wasn’t bad at all. Glad I didn’t have to put it all the way in. Thank you again and again ❤❤❤
I'm 3 mins into this and lmao already so definitely new subscriber here 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😂😂😂😂 but thank you for bringing awareness to this subject. Idk why most women feel like it's embarrassing especially with their spouse like hello I'm pretty sure he's seen all over ya body hun yall will be ok...
What position should your body be in ? >>On your back ? With Feet in the air ? >>> On your back , knees bent , feet flat on the floor ?>>> Missionary ? Thanks for the video.
I had an enema in the hospital with 500ccs and had to wait 5 minutes before it being in me and going to the bathroom and then I still only went a little 😝
Thank you so much for this video. It was so helpful. U gave the exact description how to do it & how to feel after. I was blessed to find your video. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Coffee enema is an actual treatment for people who have cancer because it's strongly stimulates the immune system ( Now weather or not you prefer vanilla or Irish cream is up to you)
I came across your video because I have used these from time to time over a period of time. Now I notice that when I use it, I can't get hardly any to sneeze out. Have you experienced this?
I have to take an enema for one month for my Ulcerative Colitis. The one doctor told me to take is called “mesalamine 4 g enema” I have to take it every night before bed. I took this medication two years ago but stopped because I kept missing days and refills were over $400 I couldn’t afford it. This time I going to keep up with it and hope for good results. If not doctor wants to change after a month to a different treatment option.
Ive been terrible since Sunday im lactose intolerance and ate a keto broccoli pizza. I should have used vegsn cheese. My stomach has been messed up ever since
Why do people say that marlax works? I took two full doses and all it caused was pain for a week from it and had to take milk of magnesium to even poop at all.
I was wondering how to do those. Thanks for showing us how. Does it hurt when u put it in, squeese the bottle, and take it out? Do u squeese the whole bottle in? It's not unconftable?
OK I've got a question. Why buy another enema product? Can't you just refill it, it would be cheaper. You already know how much to use so just fill it with water and salt if necessary or just water alone and heat it a little before you use it.
frances D If she were to go that route, it would be better to buy a reusable tool. The disposable enemas are meant for single use. Plus, while you can make saline, I wouldn't recommend it.
I know it has been two yrs ago since this video but, I was recently just viewing it due to me wanting to try an enema out. After I did the process, I was wondering if it's normal to feel your rectum throbbing after the procedure and how long do you hold your position in before using the bathroom?
So the throbbing depending on the severity is normal forsure, I have a slight feeling of throbbing. And I try to hold it in for atleast 1 to 5 minutes. That also depends cause it may want to come out sooner. I hope this helps you! 💚😊👍
I have never done an enema. Have really bad ibs and sometimes constipation. I never feel empty properly. My enema bulb kit has just arrived. Do you use warm or cold water? What enema head fixture to use? There are straight ones, bendy and beaded. Also nervous that liquid will come out while doing it. Any advice is welcome.
Oh man..I just remembered when you are pushing out a baby..you use the same muscles you use to push out a bowel movement. You guys were talking about kids and that crossed my mind. Eeeks

But don't worry and don't be nervous......I once had a nurse do it to me while in the hospital.....now THAT was akward😂😂
Haw was your poop ? It was watery diarrhea?
Do we have to do two Salina enema before we go to my appointment
If you make your own solution, please remember to use fresh distilled water and NOT tap water. I personally warm the water in a pot on the stove and NOT the microwave. I heat it to a comfortable temperature for myself, as cool feels really odd to me
You're amazing!!!! I'm new here, and am disabled myself and needed this so badly. Thank you so much! You made this oddly calming and fun. XD
I was nervous at first too😅 I wanted to help out💚
I actually failed at giving it to myself solo. lol I got it somewhat, but like you said in the video, it's very hard to do. But luckily, I managed to fix myself with Miralax and doing certain methods I read online. It got kind of scary. :(
Ur so funny lol love the trout pout ty for making another hospital stay cheerful for me.... Enimas rock and they help a lot for headaches
I'm sorry you in the hospital... I'm happy I could do something while your there xoxoxoxox
Dang...laying on my bathroom floor mid enema watching this lol... Much love💕
😂😂
Mad respect
Thank you so much for subscribing! We truly appreciate it. We are all about spreading awareness in every way, shape and form!💚🤗👍
This was very nice of u to do
I was embarrassed thank you
What position should your body be in ? >>On your back ? With Feet in the air ? >>> On your back , knees bent , feet flat on the floor ?>>> Missionary ? Thanks for the video.
lay on your left side when your knees to your chest this is late but ha..
I appreciate your video. Because it did help me and I was nervous. But it didn't completely clear my gut, still feeling pretty awful.
I had to have one in the hospital last week, never worked, I’m now on lactalose and senna tablets
Little Miss pixie Senna was prescribed to me and no they don't work at all.
I had an enema in the hospital with 500ccs and had to wait 5 minutes before it being in me and going to the bathroom and then I still only went a little 😝
That has happened to me too, I use an entire bottle and little to nothing comes out.
Janice! You made spew my coke! Ima make the "till death do us part” comment caught me off gaurd!! Hehehe
This was the realest vlog ever made 😅😂😂😂
Thank you so much for subscribing and watching, we greatly appreciate the love and support!

Me Too 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you so much for this video. It was so helpful.
U gave the exact description how to do it & how to feel after.
I was blessed to find your video.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Coffee is a stimulate thats why it makes a good enima
when I think of coffee I think of coffee grinds inside me lol
I’ve been trying to go for a week now, the last 4 nights I did the saline enema and nothing is happening. Any other suggestions?
Take stool softeners
Haw was your poop ? It was watery diarrhea?
Your video was the most informative I could find. Thank you very much.
Why is your reflection moving faster and before you in the mirror at 2:00
I’m so scared that nothing will come out when I do this because says you have to go to ER if nothing comes out
That enema was made in my hometown 😂😂😂 CB Fleet and their mascot is “Enema Man” 😂
big deal
I have severe impaction trying to get it out ... Really wasnt trying to put anything in my butt today
Thank you appreciated your candor. Good info for those that have never done this
How do you use it?
Coffee enema is an actual treatment for people who have cancer because it's strongly stimulates the immune system ( Now weather or not you prefer vanilla or Irish cream is up to you)
HAHAHAHA I can't stop laughing and very informative
It doesn’t go nicely up there. It hurts and burns like crazy.
Damn I have to do this on monday night and tuesday morning for a surgery prep. They're doing an ilesotomy takedown on me wish me luck 😭😭
How do u feel now since ur surgery?
Loving the vibes, this already brought a lot of relaxation to me for this experience haha thanks!!
I’m so happy ur ok and that ur going to feel so much better. We are all here for u love RDJENKINS
I used to have to do that. when I had to do that I always said I'm dying my butt. I'm now on a powdered medicine miralax
😂😂 the makeup tutorial comparison😂😂
My stomach has been messed up ever since
Hope you are feeling better and have Paul to help you out and to make you laugh
awww thanks for the love!!!!!!!
I recommend MiraLax if you want to feel empty all day! And youre supposed to wait like 5 minutes after you put all the liquid in.
+Chronically Amy sadly doesn’t work and my muscles don’t work
Oh I'm sorry
its fine got to keep going to try crazier stuff
Chronically Amy What I did was 15 mins, it's what I was told
Why do people say that marlax works? I took two full doses and all it caused was pain for a week from it and had to take milk of magnesium to even poop at all.
I use a bulb that a parent would use on an infant to suck out snot. Maybe someone has suggested this but use boiled water or distilled water.
You helped in more ways then you know ! Thank you
How much of that enema bottle did you actually use in that video? It looked pretty full still after you said I did the enema!
i think that was a new bottle i believe you use the whole thing
I did this thing and it didn’t work maybe I didn’t do it right ? A lot was coming out though like water from the product
Lol Paul you do alot ..your a great husband
he does I love him for it
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
@@TheRawLife1 watch out Rachel likes your husband lol
I was wondering how to do those. Thanks for showing us how. Does it hurt when u put it in, squeese the bottle, and take it out? Do u squeese the whole bottle in? It's not unconftable?
nope doesn't hurt and it doesn't hurt when you take it out... feel weird when you have a air bubble
Main reason im putting off enemas, im not entirely fond of sticking stuff up my butt 😂
It hurt me a lot when i had it done by doctors and they didnt put the whole tip in
I have to do an enema tomorrow for colonoscopy I’m nervous
OK I've got a question. Why buy another enema product? Can't you just refill it, it would be cheaper. You already know how much to use so just fill it with water and salt if necessary or just water alone and heat it a little before you use it.
frances D If she were to go that route, it would be better to buy a reusable tool. The disposable enemas are meant for single use. Plus, while you can make saline, I wouldn't recommend it.
Exactly! It is impossible to clean the disposable kind and it does create suction once you've emptied the saline.
This is fairly cheap. Just bought one for less than 2 dollars.
lmaooo at the beginning. you're funny!
Your skin probably looks good in any light.
Hi, so if I’m doing it by myself should I lay on my side on a bed and reach over to squeeze? Or can you be on the toilet?
What ever is most comfortable for you but it is recommended to lay on your side! Hope this helps, sorry for the late response👍💚
Thanks for the tutorial ...you helped me and did great :)
U just hold all the liquid in until u feel like u have to go 💩?
What position you doing when you inserted it?
Now I know how to use an enema. Maybe we can all send you enemas to your PO box XD. Enemas for life!!!
+MC haha I feel like I would be getting some crazy enemas
I can't do mine in the bed, because it starts coming out almost immediately. I do it in the bathtub.
Eeeks
+Kimberley S dont remind me I don’t think anything would come out😂😅 or my muscles we be all messed up and wouldn’t know what to do
