How to Develop Willpower

Swami Satchidananda is asked a question about uprooting unhealthy desires. He answers by explaining the purpose of spiritual practice: self-mastery. He explains that the greatest victory ever won was not by war, but by victory over your own mind. Self‑mastery is very difficult. So gradually, little by little, develop that control. He gives further guidance on how to develop this.
