this guy is...the best seriously I have his first coin magic dvd basic coin magic volume 1, this stuff is NOT easy. His classic palm is incredible, and his smoothness is so amazing its unreal. No wonder he's a champion award winning magician..this guy is GOOD!
i love the hand washing in this routine, i dont think anyone performs wiped clean as good as david. im still practicing it from the magic of micheal ammar book and am making great progress but nowhere near how good david does it, anyway didnt mean to ramble on, just trying to say how much i love his magic, especially his coin work.
damn, hes good. soo smoth! so natural! its fantastic, even you know how he si doing it, even you see (like you can see sometimes in this video) you fall in his misdirection. fantastic video, thanks for it!
Great - understood everything he said but there were some bizarre ironic magician only gags cracked especailly talking in an uncanny way lol! As for his routine - I like his FRENCH DROP, and funny way of produecing coin from the goshman pinch, also a great spider grip vanish too! I have met David Stone and seen him perform live and he is a great magician. Merci et Très bon monsieur Stone a bientot Au revoir Merci,
Yup, I agree, coz a close-up magic like this is not meant for videos. I bet we will all be fooled if we watch in front of him, coz his misdirections are marvelous. Even in this video I'm sure many of us need to watch at least twice to catch his misdirections.
Yes i have both of his coin dvds as well. He is one of my favorite magicians for his smoothness and his humor and personality. I also have david roths basic coin dvds and i find stone's to be superior to david roth. And the material is better and more abundant.
@OliveroG It's a wipedown move, a really good convincer. You can either work one out yourself or get a coin magic dvd. (id recommend trial and error to be honest)
i can do nearly same, but i do not now the new palm comming out in 2005 or something, were he has his hand open and hold the coin with show finger, maybe it show finger palm, or idk. but he is amazing
+vernonclassic Its ok if magicans make tutorials, as long as these are only basic and beginner level tricks. So people get in to magic. But as soon as these are advanced or pro level tricks i agree with you. sorry if my english sucks
@AlexisAXI i can't choose the real fail here, is the fail that you claim to be better than david stone? or is it that you actually fail at doing it because of your grammar? somebody help me.
David Stone blows Ponta out of the water. Ponta I'm sure learned a lot from David Stone. It's a no brainer who deserves the credit and who is better. Im not knocking Ponta because he's got good coin magic but I just believe in giving credit where credit it due. Without David stone we might not have had Ponta
@@miked4152 without Tommy Downs Dia Vernon, Slydini,Larry Jennings and the greats of the past we wouldnt have the these guys today. Skills are passed on and the pros usually give credit to the people they learned from.
@Baron821 - No it's not just about smooth! It's whether the hidden pick up (wine bottle) looks like it comes from nowhere, including the coin or coins. @.48 seconds David "gives it up" by bringing the kerchief to his chest as a drape to hide and (obviously) pick up the bottle hiding under his jacket. How he has managed to 'attach' the bottle to his body for later pick up is secondary to the fact that the spectator/viewer "DOES" see the 'pick up'; watch 0.46-0.50 for the "tell".
David Stone n'est peut etre pas aussi fort que Ponta The Smith au niveau "pièce" mais il a l'art de nous distraire, on ne sait plus trop ou regarder!!!
It would be better if he speaks English, he speaks all funny? I think the bottle comes from under his jacket and the coin goes into classic palm. He wiggles his fingers but it is in his palm still due to the Kaps subtlety
Ponta probably learned a lot from David Stone. Stone has been around for way longer then Ponta. Stone definitely gets way more props from me because he has been doing magic way longer then Ponta. Ponta is still a kid.
no time to put some under your elbow -French expression, not translatable- that it already disappeared *make a coin appear and disapear from his elbow* so you might as well just party, don't you think? *make a bottle appear*. but to party, ou do need some money, right? and when it comes to money, i tend more o make it disapear than appear. but that's everyone's problem, right? at least, i know where it is. what? you didn't see it? i do it again/ i take the coin, turn it into a small ball
complete translation: you kow what i just heard? some people still belive magician conly have to snap their fingers to make things appear. if that was the cas, as you can imagine, i'd have less trouble by month's end. i only wish i could make some money appear, since i'm somewhat of a big spender...;ah! here it is.i love pretty, nice clothes, beautiful women, fine parties, but those are expensive! and ou just don't have time tosee the money disapear *make the coin disapear* no time to put some
i throw it into the air, and it comes back as a coin! and i can een make it only visually: look *pretends to throw an invisible coin from one hand that appears on the other* now, the tru secret to ge money, is to put some aside, so you end up having more of it *turn the coin into a giant coin* you imagine the payphone fo this one? put your oney aside, and you'll find some below your wallet* find a coin below the wallet* money that you can se on your old days for party.
this guy is...the best
seriously

i like david stone as a magician, his humor and skills are just the very best.
phenomenal ce mec....detournement, manipulations, boniment...tout y est!!! un grand parmis les grands. respect MR Stone.
Performance:
He's a pro. I've seen technically tighter magicians ... but this guy really knows about entertainment and performance. You rock David
Superb at coin magic indeed....his sponge ball and card routines are very unique as well. This coin vid of him rocked!!!!!!!!
That's a great close-up performance, a one coin routine for 2 minutes of entertainment!
Thanks again for lecturing Eugene, you are so talented ! ! !
How can anyone dislike this?! Some masterful, smoothly flowing sleight of hand
Je vous aimes énormément Stone ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I was just admiring his hand washing too. This video is always great to come back to over the years
Yeah David Stone's coin magic is so smooth and amazing.
He’s literally a genius 50 years ahead of his time
You are one pretty amazing guy good job buddy thank you for your support I definitely supported you back great job absolutely love magic myself
Wow, this artist is just waaaaaay too great... what a true magician with his craft!!!
i know! his classic palm is so freaking beautiful and freely done. i think i'm gonna pick up his second coin magic dvd.
damn, hes good. soo smoth! so natural! its fantastic, even you know how he si doing it, even you see (like you can see sometimes in this video) you fall in his misdirection.
fantastic video, thanks for it!
That’s true
Beautiful. A coin routine with a sense of class.

Il est parfaittttt

Wow that was great! I love this video
Yeah but he did it so well... To me it doesn't matter do I realise how it's done or not it's all about that how smooth it looks like.
very good presentation~
David Stone ist ein von den besten 'Zauberkunstler der Welt
He's very good with his sleights. In his DVD, it looked so simple, but its really not that easy to perform it this well.
David Stone ist ein von den besten 'Zauberkunstler derWelt
Amazing performer...
That was amazing!
@OliveroG haha well said :D
david stone is one of the best magician ever ..
i ended up getting his first dvd. I'm holding off on the second because it's quite more advanced.
Yes i have both of his coin dvds as well. He is one of my favorite magicians for his smoothness and his humor and personality. I also have david roths basic coin dvds and i find stone's to be superior to david roth. And the material is better and more abundant.
this guy is awesome,,,, 5 stars :)
That was sick!
brilliant!!!
Une de mes préférés ❤❤🙏🏼 la clope ect
What was done w/o camera cuts was VERY good, but the camera cuts are gonna make some people question this.
i love his vanish.
@OliveroG It's a wipedown move, a really good convincer. You can either work one out yourself or get a coin magic dvd.
(id recommend trial and error to be honest)
@Fishsticks911 i agree .....i also learn the coin magic but the palm is hard to be smooth~
I am glad I could help you!
Elliot Carver
what's that move at 1:11 where he shows his hands empty? where can i learn it?
was this filmed at the magic castle in los angles calforina.?
Beautiful wiped clean
It's like Jim Carrey doing the magic. :-)
amazing
i can do nearly same, but i do not now the new palm comming out in 2005 or something, were he has his hand open and hold the coin with show finger, maybe it show finger palm, or idk. but he is amazing
very nice
Anyone know what size shoe he's wearing?
anyone know what size silk he's using?
what kind of coin is using?
@TAROTAI , if you cna perform it smoothly live, no one will figure it out unless you keep repeating the trick.
Totally agree.
Le Magic oui oui monsiur... yo tengo el DVD y esta rutina esta bien complicada
Nice handling
Where I can find this routine ?
+vernonclassic Its ok if magicans make tutorials, as long as these are only basic and beginner level tricks. So people get in to magic. But as soon as these are advanced or pro level tricks i agree with you. sorry if my english sucks
ah but did you catch that first time around? I didn't. lol.
Grandeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
A mbriacon
awesome =)
God point indeed and i completely agree
Classic
@AlexisAXI i can't choose the real fail here, is the fail that you claim to be better than david stone? or is it that you actually fail at doing it because of your grammar? somebody help me.
Wooow!!! 😲
I love the magic of david stone is swag xD hahahah
Damn you're right =)
cool
find me a camera cut.
1:17 was smooth as silk :o
So smooth.. This trick is for live audiences.. yes you can see the trick if its captured in video.. But who cares
davdi stone vs ponta the smith ? :/

sorry but the camera don't help him when the bottle appears, i can see the trick when he uses his thumb to grab it :p
@Baron821 - No it's not just about smooth! Did this tangent make you feel better at the time?
David Stone n'est peut etre pas aussi fort que Ponta The Smith au niveau "pièce" mais il a l'art de nous distraire, on ne sait plus trop ou regarder!!!
At around 0:21 did he say "Super Mario"?? lmao
The bad thing about video is that you can catch the misdirection.
Well, you hit the nail on the head. Joe and Criss should go and talk fake sh** together.
13 ans apres le regarde
2020 vous êtes là ?😂
unreal..
@ 2:10 when the camera goes to the coin, the wine bottle is gone on the table. ROFL
he ussually uses eisenhower dollars. Well that's what i've usually seen.
english please!
Too true. You basically said it.
It would be better if he speaks English, he speaks all funny?
I think the bottle comes from under his jacket and the coin goes into classic palm. He wiggles his fingers but it is in his palm still due to the Kaps subtlety
vol 1...
I think Ponta is more skilled and you'll be amazed by his moves.
and David Stone is more entertaining.
Ponta probably learned a lot from David Stone. Stone has been around for way longer then Ponta. Stone definitely gets way more props from me because he has been doing magic way longer then Ponta. Ponta is still a kid.
@@miked4152 lmao
1:47 left hand , big coin
if i had a quarter everytime he made one disappear... i would have none lol
