Thank you Jose,i am john in Australia,i cannot find the tension anywhere
for the bolts to secure the two halves of the valve body,i should imagine that it should be the same as the body to case bolts or there would be distortion, thanks in advance, john.

Thank you, had to wait for the bore plug to be created at a machine shop. Came out good. Now time to put everything back together 😬

Hopefully using Stainless steel part with aluminum won't cause corrosion.

Yeah, it’s mostly to hold strength especially because that Mitsubishi part have a tendency to break.

hey man I have been searching for that plug for quite sometime now. I would like to reach out and hopefully discuss it further with you

Those plugs are difficult to search and I talked to the company and said they can’t fabricate it for my unit.

@@josezamora7889 so how did you manage to get one if they couldn’t fabricate one? I am willing to pay to have one made for mine

@@kylehinkson3631 I sent my plug to a fabrication shop and they replicated it in stainless steel.

@@josezamora7889 do you think they have a template? Or the specs stored? I’d love to have one made.

@@kylehinkson3631 not sure on that, the only reason why I went with stainless steel is because the stock one is out of aluminum 4140. The aluminum plugs are prone to breaking.
