So no, the German 9.0 'lineup' is not an equally viable comparison as it has significant gaps in capabilities.

How many missiles can the f16 bring and how many can yak141... you need to know how to use it... strela system can do 6/8 hits actually on avg but people don't take a minute to learn how the stuff works.
