I had a little sister named Jessica Claire and she was 8 years younger than me but she passed away. :'( treasure one another because to have each other is such a beautiful and precious gift! btw - love you videos!!
J Mac I lost my older sister 7/11/16. I am so sorry you lost your sister as well. For me it feels like part of me is gone. She means so much to me, she always will. She was almost 11 years older than me, she was about a month away from her 50th birthday when we lost her. She passed due to complications from alcoholism. She struggled with this for 10-15 years. I wish I could have done more to help her but I just couldn't. I have so many regrets and things I wish I could have done and said. I know she wouldn't want me to dwell on these things but I do. Time doesn't heal these wounds like the cliche's you hear say. We lost our dad to leukemia in 2012 and sometimes the feeling of loss and the grief is so raw and fresh that it feels like yesterday. All we can do is keep the memories close to our hearts and talk about them. Keeping their memory with us in everything we do. I hope it's ok that I responded to your older comment on this video, I just felt a connection.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I work with individuals struggling with addiction and there is no much the family can do to help them if they are not ready to get the help. I know it’s natural to feel the way you feel, but you and your family probably did all you could to help!
I'm the youngest of 2 sisters and 3 brothers. So by the time i was 11 all my brothers and sisters had kids and moved out. I didn't get close to them until I was older. I really wish I had a sister to grow up with. By the time i wanted to wear makeup and got interested in fashion I had to teach myself, it was lonely. You both have a great relationship it's nice to see x

I am so glad that he has recovered and is okay at this point. I'm not sure why I felt the need to try and reach out to you and hope and pray you see this. I have never commented on a video before ever. and since watching your videos I have never felt more motivated for life again. you have amazing talent and you have a way of making people smile. She was almost 11 years older than me. She was just a month away from her 50th birthday when we lost her. She taught me so so much and ai looked up to her. I wish I could have helped her, but I couldn't. Always cherish your family. You never know what the future will bring and having regret is so difficult to bear. I miss her so much. I miss the times we had together and the fun times we had and the talks we had. She will always be in my heart.
