This video really lifted my spirits. My career has been really frustrating for a few weeks and this reminded me to persist and think about the goal rather than what it takes to reach it. If I go into it with the mindset that some aspects will be hard, then I won't crumble when the going gets tough.

Karin, thank you sooo much for such a good quality content ! I was unsure of steps I should consider on my path to becoming interior designer but now I see them more clear. I was actually surprised of how much project coordination skills are needed and I'm wondering if that are field requirements or it depends more on company you want to work for.

Yes to the Book review. I think that there are so many that speak to different people for different reasons. Being able to find a book based off a personal review helps sift out all the "noise" and elp to hone in on the ones you really want to find.
Yes it is a great idea Karin. What would be interesting too is to know the strategy organization concerning the project pilote between the renovation, style moldboard, furniture orders , delivery...also I would love to see how you manage the solution when something wrong happens with renovation work.
