    Can I ask what make and model of the rear tire you used as I have the 12 inch rim already and did you have to trim the engine case for the tires clearance .
    Love the rev-delete coil pac what is the top revs you have achieved .

    Nice bike bro, I also did 70 on down hill only. I’m not jetted but I do have the NCY clutch with 12 gram rollers, short intake with the Yoshimura full exhaust. Most of the time it runs between 56 to 66 on flat ground. I’m trying to break 70mph but I believe with the mods I have the bike is at its limits. Maybe with some engine mods it will be faster, not sure. The Navi is a fun bike to ride regardless if I have faster bikes lol. Stay focused bro and keep the videos coming, good luck.

    as of the time of you making this video the big bore kit that you got was still not installed correct? i know you made a previous video that you got the parts just making sure that as of this time with you hitting the speed you did it was on the stock piston and stock carb with no rejet. i wanna do both an exhaust and an intake but i’ve always heard on bikes you can do one of those modifications or the other but once you do both that’s where it needs tuning regardless if it’s a fuel injected or carb’d bike like the navi’s.

    • @Moetorcycles
      @Moetorcycles  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You’re correct, when I filmed this video the big bore was not installed. Stock piston, cam, and carb.
      You usually do have to rejet when you change air intake. I was surprised I didn’t have to. But, just because I didn’t, doesn’t mean you won’t either. Jetting depends on temperature, humidity, elevation, mods, etc. so there’s no guarantee your setup will be the exact same as mine.

    i have every performance mod but the exhaust and flywheel, stock carb, 11g rollers, stock clutch with light bell, and the CDI rev limiter delete, and i cannot reach 60 downhill to save my life. *EDIT:there must be something wrong with my setup or maybe I didn't set the rev limiter high enough because I don't have a tach yet.* i weigh 140lb. I have a reveno clutch and the DCR camshaft to install. then comes a 24mm polini. do you have the stock variator, and only changed the rollers? as a rider with 5k on my navi, did you do something to the transmission besides the rollers? The transmission feels like it hits a limit when im at the top of the variator. very interested to learn what you did to increase the top speed so much. Get an exhaust and lightened flywheel.
      24mm Polini is way too big, do the 21 with the DCR cam it’ll be perfect.
      The Navi can’t rev to anywhere near 19k, won’t get anywhere near 15k either. Your info and math is very off, please be careful. I hit 70mph at 10200rpms. I don’t let my navi rev above 10500.

      @@Moetorcycles my mistake, thanks for the info. good to know, I won't go with the 24, I saw that the adapter from howling Moto supports up to a 24 mm carb, I should have checked my numbers for the revs, which was only based off of me half remembering the limit stated in the rev limiter delete video. I was so amazed to see the navi go that fast that i stupidly didn't think about the numbers. but I am absolutely amazed you were able to get that result. I hope I can get anywhere near the same speed by copying the setup as you absolutely blew my mind with that top speed. I assume everything is stock and no other changes have been made besides removing panels etc and the modifications listed, thanks for letting me know that it is possible! *also that was fantastically impressive I didn't want to come off as a dick, great channel,thanks for the reply!*

      The Grom is way more expensive best next up is the XR150L , under $3000. MRSP . And its a dual sport as well . I am 65 and can pick the XR150L up if I tip it over , I am 250lbs. My normal top speed is 62 maybe 64 with a tail wind .
      No nice lockable box but a big stock rear rack and the most comfortable seat in this motorcycle class guarantee . The Navi seat is not to bad as seats go . I do like the key release seat of the Navi . The XR150L does not have a gas gauge and a Kickstart why Honda why ?

    how is the polini air filter is going to get air since it has a cover on and its not positioned to the side?

    • @Moetorcycles
      @Moetorcycles  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The cover isn’t completely closed off and the intake sucks air in so it doesn’t have to be on the side

      That's the temperature exactly at the spark plug, your car engine is telling you the temperature of the fluid in the engine block.

      @@Moetorcycles hey bro, im new to the game so i dont know much. Can you help me understand what the 12g sliders is please? Great Video by the way! recently got a 2023 navi so i want to slowly upgrade it. Do you stay in Cali? Im definitely subscribing!

    • @Moetorcycles
      @Moetorcycles  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Appreciate the love and support fam!
      The sliders are what open the variator (variator spins the belt which spins the clutch which moves the bike). Lighter sliders open the variator slower, and heavier open it faster.
      Check out @rollingwrench video about it th-cam.com/video/cAus9nTRywI/w-d-xo.html

    And it doesn't feel sketch? It is awfully lightweight and I worry about the higher speeds...

    • @Moetorcycles
      @Moetorcycles  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Felt fine honestly. The brakes are my main concern at that speed tbh. If I needed to stop suddenly going that fast I’m not sure they’d be able to do it. Hoping a disc brake comes out soon

    70 mph downhill does not count. You could coast one at 80 given a steep enough hill.

    • @Moetorcycles
      @Moetorcycles  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It counts that I went 70 on a Navi. But it doesn’t count as my Navis top speed, which I explain is 60 in the video.
      Also, everyone says that but no one has done it. Do it and post a video. Would be cool to see

    Man if I’m hitting above 60 without 12 inch rim and a Cdi I could only imagine what I could hit. Good job tho.
    I don’t have hills in my area sadly to test at all, it’s just all flat 🥲

    That air intake that you put on I bought it too short too noisy, sucking too much air the shorter the tube the less RPMs

    • @Moetorcycles
      @Moetorcycles  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hell yeah man! Yeah, the Navi isn’t strong enough yet, but some more tweaking will have it moving right!
