Thanks, one thing I’ve learned about rv’s is it’s not if you have a problem, it’s when. After learning this, I don’t get as angry 😅👍🏾
Remove the 4 bolts holding the valve together. Put the side pieces with seals in place and then slide the valve piece in between. Saves a lot of headaches.
I wish it was that easy, once you stick the seals up, the valve pushes them off and you have to be certain the seals are positioned/installed correctly. The pipes are so close, you will need a second person with a crowbar to reposition the tank a little.

That’s how I did it by myself and that is after fighting it as a complete unit, trying to keep the seals in place.
You think it’s harder to to it that way.
Personal experience
Was super easy and no frustration.
After putting the end pieces in there with their seals, I slid a wedge in there at the front for a gap.
Piece of cake.
Outstanding! Soo roughly 100ah per 24hrs.

I keep seeing your issues. Hoping my 368mbi doesn't start having these problems. If so, I have videos to walk me through them though. ;)
Keep in mind I have lived in mine for 3 years (owned it for 4) and travel thousands of miles a month which puts about 20k on it so it is getting used quite often 👍🏾

I had the same issue. Nasty smell going inside the rv.
I did the same thing replaced the valves seals
