Good afternoon! I’d like to visit London as soon as travel is open to US citizens. Would you recommend, in combination with walking, the double-decker tour buses as a means for quick viewing of London attractions? I will be doing a lot of walking also, hopefully a tour with you guys! I just want to fit in as much as I can in the probably four days I’ll have to visit.
Hi Emma. That depends. The double-decker tour buses give you a unique perspective and are effective for getting a city overview. They are not necessarily the most efficient way to travel, especially during the busy high season. They are also great for those with mobility issues. However, we wouldn't necessarily recommend them otherwise, not when there is the Underground and so many wonderful walking tours around the city, including ours :).
