Hi sir, I'm currently working in cognizant with 2 years of experience in the Salesforce Domain, I have worked only in support. From 8 months I've applied to 500+ job opportunities as a salesforce developer but got only 2 interview calls.
Then how can you say Salesforce domain is good.
over supply of candidates with very few having real experience. believe me if a candidate has 2-3 years real exp he can get 20+ package easily even in this scenario

Some specific bunch of people aren't getting opportunities that doesnt mean a stack is dead.
But your linkedin says you have 3 years exp with Cognizant
They are really concerned about the "Tach" landscape.

Brother please also let people know the actual truth.. Only experienced Salesforce developers are getting jobs. FRESHER DONT STAND A CHANCE AT ALL IN THE SALESFORCE MARKET. If anybody thinking of joining as fresher don't go with salesforce then you will waste your time , money and energy. Only if you are experienced enough then only you can get job. Fresher sorry stay out of it for your own best...
thats true there is no role as of now for fresher , since i am fresher and searching for new job opportunities where all ask for experience but if everyone thinks its not for fresher then the market would become dead in next 4-5 years , thats not the case here ,its just a part of time need to skill up, competition is growing in every field engineers are crowded like goats. Have to have skills to show up.
Agreed! The market is totally dead for freshers. I am a fresher, and I looked for a job for 9 months with no luck. I had interviews, but I couldn't get a position. I'm taking a break and considering giving up. If you're a fresher, you're NOT getting in. There's too many people getting certified and not nearly enough jobs post IT layoffs.

Better do some application support job as there is no bond or rather “bonded labour” kinda agreement after that the market rises you can apply for the jobs, I have also searched jobs for 8-9 months straight…..but a wise man. Said if u are not able to find your role drop some expectations and you’ll find one to start with and after that…..it isn’t the case that you have to do that only….prepare upskill and switch
